Aporo is perched above the Nelson suburbs of Stoke & Tahunanui with a sense of space, beauty, light & style imbued in the design of the house.



Views take in the blue of Tasman Bay, the mountains of Kahurangi National Park & the wide expanse of Nelson's sunny blue skies!



This holiday home is perfect for up to 6 guests, with an option to add 2 extra children, making a maximum of 8 guests. Aporo is superbly equipped with every home comfort & convenience provided for you. It will be our pleasure to host you in this wonderful home.

• Aporo is located in Enner Glynn, a quiet upmarket street of a beautiful hillside residential area overlooking the sea, Northern Stoke & Tahunanui.

• The location is handy to Stoke Village, Stoke Brewery & Cafe, Isel Park, Broadgreen Rose Gardens, Marsden Valley MTB trails, Monaco Peninsula & Tahunanui Beach.

• Nelson City Center and Richmond Town Centre are less than a 10min. drive away.

• Car Parking - Off-street parking is available in the driveway.



• No parties, No venue use, No smoking inside, No pets. General Terms & Conditions apply.



• Balcony noise - The neighbouring property's bedroom areas are close to the balcony area here so we ask that guests are always considerate in respect of noise here or when the doors to the home are open to the balcony.



• Personal home - This is a personal home, made available to guests in-between periods of owner use. This allows you access to a superbly equipped home with the trade-off that some storage areas, including the garage, will not be available for guest use.



⭐️ Check-in is possible anytime after 2pm.

Early check-in (12pm/noon and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.

Fabulous in every way

We really appreciated the opportunity owners gave us to rent their property for four days. Location was very handy to both Stoke and Nelson. Property was spacious, very clean and comfortable and had amazing views off the deck. Would heartily recommend to anyone wishing an enjoyable, relaxing stay in this area

Perfectly Equipped House

Very easy check in process. The house is just perfectly equipped with everything you could possibly need on holiday. Almost as good as at home. Hardly any utensil you can imagine is missing in the kitchen. One could bake and cook and create almost as well as at home. Good quality Bosch White-ware so your washing turns out good too. There are games for the kids, Wifi for the older kids and adults, TV & DVD player. Fridge with Ice-Maker and a nice outdoor area to eat and relax. The house is bright and sunny and not far from the hospital which is convenient depending on your purpose of stay. Really positive was that the property manager allowed essentials such as Oil, Vinegar, Marmite, Salt, Pepper, Dishwashing liquid to be left behind from previous visiting parties. It perfectly rounds up the positive experience in that house. There are only 2 negative things we recall: 1. The curtains in the master bedroom are just to prevent people from looking inside . They do not darken the room one little bit. Makes sleeping in the morning very hard. Bed could be a little bigger but that is a minor personal preference. 2. Complicated booking process. Once the house is booked and paid the property manager will contact you froma different email address and request a deposit payment. That is confusing and can easily be overlooked in the spam folder. Non payment makes the booking void and can then lead to disappointment. This should be a one step process at the initial booking. Overall this is a very nice house with views over the ocean and airport. Extremely well equipped and well looked after. House is clean and linen with towels provided!. We would book it again.

We email you just after your booking to explain that Homeaway/VRBO will be handling the payment for your stay, but that we (Holiday Nelson, property Manager) will collect your credit card details 3 weeks prior arrival for the bond during your stay. The reason for us to do this is because Homeaway don't provide any bond security for our homeowners so we need to do this separately. We didn't charge any extra deposit. All we did was collecting your credit card details and holding them for the duration of your stay as explained in our booking Terms & Conditions. It has been our pleasure to host you. Beautiful house in a beautiful place

This house is stunning and big enough for a very comfortable family get together. Great attention to detail and everything you need. Stunning views across the bay. Good location, near airport but within easy drive of supermarkets and town centre. Holidays Nelson are great to deal with and very responsive. Thank you for a lovely break!

The home was clean and well stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed the patio and the amazing views. the area is quiet , yet convenient to town and all the activities. The master suite was warm when we were there and there were no fans on the premises. Also, would have preferred the master to have a king size bed. we would recommend the home to our friends.

The house was amazing. Everything you could possibly require was provided and clear instructions were provided. Our group loved the location and particularly enjoyed being able to sit outside, admire the view (especially the snow on the mountains). I would definitely recommend this house to anyone visiting Nelson.

Great for company accommodation

This accommodation was great for team building for our staff members. They came from Christchurch to complete a job and it was cost effective to have them all stay at the one place. They were happy with the location and the size of the accommodation. We will definitely use you in the future if we have this many employees having to stay overnight. Once again thanks you.

Simply the best

Simply the best. Comfortable, spotless, great beds, a kitchen with everything and those beautiful views. One little glitch ... two year old ended up with extensive splinters on hands and legs after playing on the deck with her little cars. Otherwise, a beautiful family holiday in sunny Nelson. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.
