Very well equiped kitchen with everything required for cooking up a meal. Would recommend and return again. The only thing I would say, is that property is not fenced, so can not let dog outside on own. There is however a large deck from living area that is fully enclosed

We had a beautiful stay at Hinterland Horizon! The property had so much space which was perfect for our family holiday with two dogs. The kitchen and BBQ facilities were fantastic and waking up to the sunrise views from the balcony each morning was an absolute highlight. The location was also great — peaceful and scenic, yet only five minutes from Landsborough and convenient shops like IGA.The hosts were also very responsive and helpful whenever any issues came up during our stay, which we really appreciated. One thing to note for anyone travelling with dogs is that the property isn’t fenced, so we did need to keep a close eye on our pups while outside. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

Nice semi rural stay

Overall nice spot. 10 or so min drive to the beach, Mary Cairncross scenic walk a few mins drive and a spin to Maleny so all in all a good spot. The house was nice.

Our stay in Mount Mellum was absolutely wonderful! The kitchen, dining, and entertainment areas were well thought out and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The view was stunning—if you’re looking to be close to nature, you definitely won’t go wrong with this place. We’re also very grateful that they were so accommodating with our little fur baby. Highly recommended!

Girls getaway

The views are amazing! The beds are super comfortable. A few small maintenance things needed attending to, but the house was overall clean and comfortable. Did I mention the views are stunning!!

The large house on a sprawling property gave the feeling of peaceful remote seclusion. In reality, it's only 5 minutes out of town. What a great place to relax be it in the pool, watching tv or enjoying the breeze on the balcony. Even a day trip to the beach is not too far. This was just what we needed. Thanks again.

Lovely stay in a comfortable house

Overall we had a fab stay at Mt Mellum. Due to being winter, we couldn’t use the pool but we enjoyed the handy location to everything and the beautiful views from the house. There were a few issues that didn’t really affect our stay, however our property manager Isaac was very attentive and attended to all queries and issues swiftly. Had a great time thanks!

The home was beautiful and we had a really relaxing weekend. The only change I would make was that I would have liked the exit information when I received all the other information as it was sent to me on the Sunday and I couldn't access my emails making me a bit anxious that I left everything as I needed to on the Monday when I left.
