Luxurious Hamptons inspired home on the coast

A beautifully presented home offers the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday for families and couples looking for short or long stays on the sunshine coast.
The house has been fully renovated (early 2022). A brand new Hamptons kitchen with new and modern appliances and an integrated dish washer is the centrepiece of the house. All the furniture are new and luxurious.
A large patio and a big saltwater pool are at the back of the house perfect for hot summer days. A picturesque front porch and lawn surrounded by white Hamptons fence are to enjoy the winter sun.
Its central location offers 6 minutes to Mooloolaba beachfront or 8 minutes to Alex Headland surf club.
2 minutes walking distance to Woolworths, Medical Centre, Tavern, Coffee shop, etc.
10 minutes by car to Kawana Shopping Town or Sunshine Plaza Maroochydore.
30 minutes by car to Maleny hinterland and the famous Eumundi Markets near Noosa (Wednesday and Saturday).

Other things to note:

Minimum 7 night stay. The house is not for extended families or groups of adults. No pets.

Check in is 2.30pm or as arranged, check out is 11am. However, if there is no booking before or after you on the same day, we can be flexible.

We want you to enjoy your stay, just respect the rules and treat the house and furniture with care.
This is a quiet family orientated cul-de-sac.

No "parties" and no" schoolies".

Smoking is not permitted in the house. If you are a smoker then only outside and butts distinguished & disposed in the Wheelie Bin.

- A fee will apply if kitchen bin is not emptied and external Wheelie bins not put out on curb side for collection upon vacating.

Well placed for our activities

We booked this property for the pool, this did not disappoint. The house was spotless and well appointed, with adequate storage space for our belongings.. The location was very convenient for everyday shopping needs, and the street quiet.

Spacious and comfortable holiday home

Enjoyed a week's stay at this spacious, clean and comfortable property. Really pleasing layout with all communal areas facing onto the pool. Great outdoor space for get-togethers with privacy screening. Handy local shopping centre just a couple of minutes walk across the road. The 'homey' touches were really thoughtful. Thank you Rosie and Matt for being great hosts, would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this property!

Why they chose this property

We have just renovated our home with all new and high quality furnishings for you to enjoy. The location is so close to everything (beaches, shopping, restaurants, entertainment) but far enough away to be relaxed you want in our tranquil home with a lovely pool. We live on a family friendly street that is safe for children. Woolworths, coffee shops, and sports club are a very close walking distance for convenience. We wish you an enjoyable stay.
