Thank you for your feedback, Rizvi. We're sorry to hear the heating didn't meet your expectations. The property is equipped with both a wood heater and reverse-cycle heating and cooling in the living room, as outlined in the listing. We appreciate your comments and will review how we communicate the heating setup to guests so it's clearer before arrival. Thank you again for your stay, and we wish you all the best.
