This is a very beautiful property and was ideal for a weekend away with a largish family. It is located in a quiet street, was very comfy, the bedrooms were super, the kitchen had everything we needed and the rear garden and deck were very relaxing.

Properly was clean well set out had plenty of room for us all to sit had a nice fireplace and the host even let some firewood out for us. It was a very relaxing weekend down there and close enough to all the activities that it was an easy drive.

This is our second stay at the Beeches at Cape Schanck. It has a lovely cottage decor and all the trimmings that come with it. There is a bedroom downstairs for seniors who can’t make it up the stairs. Plenty of DVDs, board games for the kids and a well stocked kitchen for those inclined to cook. The fire warms up the living areas and there are oil heaters in every bedroom. The bath/shower is only downstairs which is a bit fiddly but overall a very comfortable stay with very gracious hosts. A smart TV would be nice but we’ll return regardless!

Very lovely hosts. Home was very clean, warm and cosy. You really want for nothing, it was well equipped! Close to beautiful Flinders and Peninsula Springs. Once we got the fire going we didn’t really want to leave but we thought we’d better! Would definitely stay again! Thank you Terry and Rachel.
