We have a strict no large group or parties policy, disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated. If we are notified of parties or illegal activity you will be evicted.
You will be required to complete a check in form prior to arrival (excluding identity verified, Airbnb accounts) which will include a copy of your ID and the details of all guests intending to stay at the property. Failure to complete this form will result in the booking being cancelled.
The guest named on the booking is responsible for the property for the duration of the stay and must take all reasonable care of the house. For breakages or damages be aware that you will be charged for the repair or replacement plus a 10% handling fee. It's your responsibility to familiarise yourself with potential hazards or situations during the stay and take appropriate care or actions if needed.
All properties must be left reasonably clean and tidy, ensuring all furniture and appliances are returned to where they were. A general service clean is included, but if the property requires extra cleaning, you could be charged an additional $50.00 per hour, this includes BBQ’s, excess rubbish, soiled linen and odour removal.

A really well located home, true to it's Retro title. Well appointed with everything we needed. Warm and cosy, comfortable beds, plenty of hot water and views across to the lake in the distance. Really felt like we could relax and enjoy.

Overall a great location and great to take my little dog, only negative was a little run down. The plastic plants were in need of a good dusting or washing.

We had such a lovely stay in Taupo and alot due to our accommodation being amazing.
We were so warm through the cold Taupo nights also.
Large spaces in the home meant we could all find areas to break away to for a chat.

Great NZ weekend away with friends, it was perfect for us, our friends, their young children and our small dog.
We had everything we needed and more. Perfect quiet spot for families.
This property was awesome. Exactly what we need for a getaway with 3 family groups. Friends who came to visit took the details to pass into their visiting families. Thank you.
The house is very spacious and enough to accommodate a big family.
It's full of amenities. 7 min drive from Taupo central. You can walk 5 min to the lake front.
Almost felt at home far away from home.

Great clean tidy place with plenty of beds and sky tv so you can watch the rugby!House was nice and clean except the master bedroom bed was dirty It looked like it hadnt been made properly and had hair,crumbs and stains on the duvet Other than that the rest of the place was clean and tidy
