IMPORTANT: Groups of 1-8 guests will have access to the main house only (4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, 2 x living areas, dining area, laundry, balcony, garden & spa pool). Groups of 9-12 guests will also have access to the on-site self contained apartment, with an additional 2 bedrooms, living area, bathroom and kitchen)

The main house has two living areas, each boasting a large gas fireplace and spectacular views of the Shotover River and mountain ranges.

The annex has two bedrooms, one bathroom a lounge with a log burner and another kitchen.

There is plenty of space to host one or two families or a group of friends travelling together.

The deck in the main villa overlooking the Shotover River valley is a fabulous spot to enjoy an après ski drink, a barbecue or to relax with a book and enjoy the birdsong from the surrounding hills.

There is also a spa in which to relax after a day of activities which is adjacent to a sheltered lawn area where children can play or adults may like to stretch out and enjoy the sunshine.

Only ten minutes drive to either Queenstown Central or ten minutes to the Coronet Peak access road, Riverview Retreat has accessibility and privacy.

Riverview Retreat is a 15-minute drive from Queenstown International Airport.

Groups of 1-8 people will have access to the main house (4 bedrooms), spa pool, garden, and BBQ.

Groups of 9-12 people will have access to the whole property (6 bedrooms), including the main house and annex, spa pool, garden, and BBQ.

Arthurs Point is a quick 10-15 minute drive to Queenstown. Guests have amazing views of the surrounding mountains as well as the Shotover river.

All children and infants are included in the total guest count - maximum number of guests should not exceed that specified on this listing, including all infants. Any bookings made exceeding the maximum number of guests will be cancelled.

A refundable security deposit will be charged to your card prior to your check in. This is a MajorDomo requirement of booking. The deposit value is usually equivalant to the cost of 1 night - we will advise you of the exact figure in your confirmation email.
