A Town Escape - Bush/water views

Town Escape is a quiet relaxing accommodation with enjoyable water views through a canopy of native bush and surrounded by gardens. A private apartment under an existing dwelling. This unique property gives you the feeling of rural life while still being right in town. As you drive down the shared driveway to the guest parking you'll enter a sustainable organic garden and orchard that has a variety of fruit and citrus trees. Large glass surrounds maximizes the views to be found in the bush reserve and garden. The large deck surrounding the apartment also offers a serene outdoor dining area. On main route to surf beaches only 10 mins away or park up your car and have a scenic walk to cafes and beaches 5-10 mins. away. Immediately behind us is the track that traverses the Kaitoke Estuary. Great for fitness or to view the scenery or marvel at the bird and estuary life. After a day out either at our beautiful beaches or exploring the region's, many adventures relax in the peaceful environment of this apartment. The property has a security camera for the purpose of maintaining the security of the property and the guests.
Special conditions:
* Guests are to provide own linen, which would be a set of sheets and bath towels. However, If this is not suitable there is linen hire available at $25.00.

A cleaning fee of $25.00 is required.

Lovely place to stay

Great place to stay , very clean and has all you need for an enjoyable stay. So nice to be surrounded by bush and garden with a peek of the sea through the trees . We were greeted on arrival by Sue who made us feel very welcome.

Beautiful little getaway

My friend and I stayed at Sue's lovely home. We had the whole downstairs area to ourselves, which was spacious and surrounded by lush green plants with a glimpse out to the sea. The kitchen has everything you need and is well-kitted out. There was a great heater and lots of blankets for us to stay warm (we stayed in winter time). We loved the quiet area and how close it was to town- a 2-minute drive away. Would highly recommend staying in the sweet, idyllic home!

Pleasant surprise

Didn't quite realize what a calm and beautiful retreat this rental was going to be. Access to the walking track and bush/garden views were just fab. Bed very comfortable. Had everything we needed (once we figured out how to turn the hot water on outside)

What a find!

We had our reservations upon booking but boy were we wrong! This place is a real treasure, immaculately clean, extremely private and quiet and the host is fantastic. Although it's a few minutes walk out of the town centre, it never bothered us. The walk was welcomed and it made us slow down and relax into Raglan time!

So grateful for the last minute booking, easy as. AWESOME host, AH-mazing accomodation inside and out, will definately stay there again if I'm ever in Raglan again.
