Delightful property. Beautiful house with a great outdoor space. The rooms are well decorated - beautiful abs practical at the same time. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked making it easy to make our meals. Right next to town but still very secluded. Would love to stay here again!
We stayed two nights at the Treetops Cottage. The Cottage is in a nice neighborhood area with beautiful landscape and surrounded by gorgeous trees. The host was easy to communicate with and answered messages or questions probably.
The amenities were lovely. It was the perfect setting to celebrate my daughter as she graduated from college. The host is highly communicative. Everything was very clean and well kept. Both inside and outside.
The house was lovely, spotless, and well cared for. It would work well for a bride preparing for a wedding. My arrival after dark was unsettling: two of the three exterior doors were unlocked. The third was locked but blocked by furniture. The lockbox was difficult to operate in the dark, and its combination had been left showing.About a week before my stay—after the reservation was nonrefundable—I received a page of rules not disclosed when I booked. More rules appeared on signs throughout the house. These included no frying or bacon, cooking only with lids, no devices attached to the TV, and restrictions on day visitors. A sign told bridal parties not to move furniture. With so many rules, I did not feel comfortable moving the kitchen table, although its placement left only one seat usable. Food and drinks were limited to the kitchen or outside, leaving no comfortable indoor place to enjoy coffee. The listing advertised garage parking, but the covered parking was a carport. The caretaker was otherwise quiet, but the car crossing gravel on the driveway beneath my bedroom woke me before dawn.A refrigerator magnet suggested four stars meant many issues needed attention, while Vrbo describes three stars as “okay.” This felt like pressure to rate higher than warranted.Other than the unlocked doors, no single issue was terrible. The property was lovely, but all material rules should be disclosed before the booking is non-refundable, so guests can make an informed choice.

Thank you for your feedback. This is a bridal cottage as stated in the listing. Due to challenging bridal parties, our guidelines are primarily for them. We leave the doors unlocked as a courtesy to expedite entry as many such as your self, seem to not be familiar with standard lockboxes. We hope your future stays are pleasant. Trust the host as guidelines are given for reasons that cannot always be explained in detail.
I picked the location for the proximity to Toccoa Falls College for my son’s graduation and experienced a wonderful property with all the amenities. Owner was a dream to communicate with and we had a wonderful stay. We would definitely use this place again if we’re in the area.
Treetops Cottage is in a very quiet setting and is very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the covered deck in the "treetops". The hosts were VERY responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Great stay!
We had a great time here! It was only 30 minutes from tallulah falls and a short drive to Toccoa falls. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals and the whole house was cute and cozy. The back porch was a great place to relax and surrounded by nature, emphasis on the spiders, lol! but overall, it was a great booking. I will say, I would be weary of bringing small kids. The rule book is pretty strict for sticky little hands.
The cottage was so pretty and cozy. You felt right at home as soon as you arrived. The owners were also very attentive and responsive when needed. The kitchen had everything we needed and all beds were comfortable, including the couch! The back porch was also amazing! A great hang out spot or a place to simply relax. It was a perfect stay at a wonderful location.
Very nice, quiet stay. A nice getaway from city style living. Beautiful back porch area for quiet sitting rain or shine.

Hi, I am Cyd. Our family loves to travel and we have been the recipients of kind hosts all over the world. Now we want to return the favor. Enjoy our little slice of heaven in this corner of the world!
Why they chose this property
This cottage serves two purposes. It is a Bridal cottage for Brides and her Bridesmaids to spend time together before a wedding at Flat Rock Farm, next door. When it is not being used for wedding related things, we share it with travelers like you.
What makes this property unique
The Cottage has a unique porch that feels like it is high up in the trees. That is why we call it Treetops Cottage. It is uniquely located in the Northeast GA outdoor playground with hiking, kayaking, and climbing opportunities in every direction. People love to come to this area to "Collect Waterfalls"!
