Beautiful house on Lake Hartwell! Water year round!

Our home is a unique A-frame style lake house located on beautiful Lake Hartwell. We offer a family friendly home with amazing views. A gentle slope to the lake with a dock for swimming or fishing. A large deck, that can be enjoyed day and night, outdoor grill, plus 2 kayaks. Our home is an open floor plan with an unobstructed view of the lake. The main floor features a fully equipped kitchen with laundry area, dining area for 8, a great room with a sleeper sofa, stone fireplace, a bedroom (king) and a full bathroom. The second floor features a sitting room with a daybed and a second bedroom (king) and a full bathroom.

Lake Hartwell is 56,000 acres where you can enjoy all aspects of water sports, fishing, and swimming. We are minutes from Tugaloo State Park (hiking, miniature golf, volley ball), Harbor Light Marina (boat rental available), the Poplar Springs Boat Launch and historic Lavonia where quaint shops and restaurants offer a pleasant change from the hustle and bustle of the city. Also a 30-minute drive will take you Commerce, GA--home to the Tanger Outlets--or to Clemson, SC.

We provide linens/bath towels. Washer and dryer on site for your convenience.

Super house with everything we needed and very clean. AC worked good for our preference of keeping it very cold at night. Shower pressure was great and plenty of hot water that never ran out after 4 showers in a row. Beautiful view of lake and only 1 hour from the park. Thanks for hosting us.

This place was amazing. The views of the lake were beautiful whether inside the house looking through the large windows or out in the yard. Even saw 2 deer walking through the yard one morning. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our second time renting this lovely house on Lake Hartwell, and it was just as enjoyable as the first. The home was clean, well-kept, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the easy access to the lake and enjoyed using the kayaks provided to explore the water. Watching the wildlife was a daily treat, and the provided firewood made for cozy evenings by the fire. Most of our meals were enjoyed outside, soaking in the beautiful surroundings. The fenced yard was a real bonus, and we even met some wonderful neighbors. We plan to return and highly recommend this home to others!

Nice short stay

We needed a house for a fishing tournament and this was above my expectations. The house is in a nice quiet cove with easy access to Tugaloo State park. The house was very clean and had plenty of room for a whole family. I look forward to staying at this house again for any future trips to Hartwell.

Nice House on Lake

Nice house on Lake Hartwell. We caught bass and catfish off dock. Neighbors are close by and could hear them but overall we had a great stay.

Wonderful lake house

We have stayed in alot of cabins on Lake Hartwell over the years. This one has everything you need. Well stocked kitchen. Easy walk to the dock and we really enjoyed feeding the deer.
