1 Bed 1 Bath 2nd floor condo in Gated Bay Pointe community of Seabrook Island. Secluded with beautiful marsh views off of the screen porch, perfect for morning coffee. The bed room has a king size bed and closet. The living room has 2 sofa beds. One with queen and one with twin. Beautiful updated condo perfect for a week at Seabrook! Updated kitchen ready to be used, or enjoy one of the great local restaurants close by! Large, walk in shower with rainfall shower head. Perfect after a day outside on Seabrook.
Beach chairs, sand toys, and more provided in outside storage closet. TV in the living room and bedroom with YouTubeTV for your convenience. Coffee maker, iron, toaster, hair dryer, and other conveniences for you. Beautiful community pool overlooking the marsh. Enjoy the sunset over the marsh from the Bay Pointe dock.

1st parking pass with Seabrook Island access is included with booking. Please inquire about additional passes or access. Additional passes are $40.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything we needed and the porch is wonderful! The hosts were very responsive. We had noted that we would be celebrating my wife's birthday during our visit and they had thoughtfully left a birthday card for her!

The location can’t be beat. It’s very secluded and quiet, but also very close to Freshfields Village and the entry gate to Seabrook. The unit is well maintained and clean where it mattered most. Also, well placed dehumidifiers in the kitchen and bathroom kept potential beach mustiness at bay. Maybe best of all was the visitor pass to Seabrook Island that was included with the rental. Being able to access the beautiful, quiet beaches on Seabrook anytime we wanted using the pass was a great bonus!Only very minor gripes: the lamps needed a good dusting, and there was no dish soap or aluminum foil. But I wouldn’t hesitate to book this rental again.

We loved that we could acess the balcony from both the living area and bedroom. The cute kitchen was a pleasure to cook in. Anything you might need is super close by even though you are in a pristine natural setting. Perfect home base for exploring the area!

Comfortable and clean. Nice screened in porch overlooking the marsh. Did not know when i booked that it was on the second level of the 2 story building. Really liked the mechanism in place to lock and unlock the door- so much better than a lockbox. Owners very responsive to a booking issue I created. A good landing spot for our visit to Seabrook.

Great stay.....there was a lot to like at this condo. Clean, pest free, great views of marsh with a south exposure that avoids hot afternoon sun, nicely updated with great shower and comfortable bed, great communication with owners. Would happily stay here again.
