Very nice place, great location to visit Castle hill and Arturs pass. The house has amazing views, is super clean and warm and is well equipped.The host was communicative and we would love to stay there again.

Property was great for what we needed, beautiful location, great views, clean and well equipped. Host was helpful. We were staying in the area for a wedding so it would've been great to have an iron/ironing board!

Perfect serenity

The house was perfect for the family. Very clean on arrival, spacious, and an amazing fire for the colder nights. The area is gorgeous, serene and relaxing. Would love to stay again.

Alpine magic

We loved staying here! Super cosy and sun-soaked, great kitchen and outdoor area, and the most wonderful views, from the rocks to the mountains and forest, with the sound of the stream below. Thank you so much for being so friendly and helpful, we'd love to return!

Amazing views. Awesome little house

Everything you could possibly hope for in a little cabin tucked away in the mountains. Great views 360 degrees around the property. Huge kitchen, nice wood stove for heat, and close enough by local attractions. Wish i couldve stayed longer

Fabulous getaway in awesome location

Perfect holiday getaway on edge of terrace overlooking bush-filled gully echoing with birdsong and mountain backdrop. Neat, modern, comfortable and everything we needed. Great value. Highly recommend.

Cosy secret hideaway

This cosy chalet was a real surprise. Had never been to Castle Hill before. Very handy to both incredible stone formations and also Arthurs Pass and skifields Chalet has wonderful warm fireplace and all amenities.

Mountain getaway

We’ve been here twice now. Love it. Love the area, lots of walks to do or stay home and chill. Had a great weekend and went home with recharged batteries.

Simple and comfortable setup with great views out to the mountains. The house was very clean and the fireplace was put to good use with the unseasonable weather. The house held its heat well. The kitchen was well kitted out and had all the equipment we needed including sharp knives. Beds were comfortable and the pillow selection was varied which was a bonus.

4 friends on a ski holiday

It was perfect place to come back to after a day of skiing and exploring. We loved the warm fire and the great functional kitchen, thank you very much! We lost power on the last night (to much snow fall!) So we where unable to vacuum sorry!..
