Great property. Nice space and clean.Only draw back was a lack of general use items. No oil, salt, pepper, coffee, milk, sugar etc.No working frying pan. Tin foil and baking trays were limited.No board games which for a property this quality would be an easy addition.Overall great experience, fantastic property and host, could use a touch more thought around little things. I'm sure the host will adjust as he seemed really good.

Beautiful stay

The house was perfect for what we needed. Our group of age range 0-40 had everything we wanted and more with this stay. Beautiful views to relax and beaches nearby to venture to. We have already re-booked again for the end of the year.

The location and setting of the property suited us perfectly after a tiring day fishing to return back to the comfort and serenity of the property was amazing..... would highly recommend for any group be it family or Fishing mates

Great stay here, beautiful views, lots of room, and one of the few accomodations that allow twin beds as well which was perfect for our group. Small oversights missed such as lack of towels, no handsoap for toilet and not enough toilet paper, but David was able to provide soap and TP immediately. There is obvious wear and tear in bathroom ceilings, but the price makes it affordable. Lots of parking space too.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the house was very comfortable, especially the beds, and the view was captivating. It made for a very relaxing holiday. The kids loved exploring the garden, kicking a ball around in the garden, and visiting the gentle natured horse next door. Communication with David was excellent. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Great view and lots of space. A few lightbulbs and bbq ignition not working but have let property manager know and am sure will be sorted for next guests. You need to take all food with you as nothing in cupboards but property manager told us this beforehand. Four Square store close by.

Family Holiday

Great spot for the family get together. 3 generations under the one roof. Day trip to Cape Reinga, day trip to Paihia and Waitangi, Karikari Peninsula, lots of great beaches. Hope to be back soon!
