The location was perfect for us and our three kids. The apartment layout also works really well, everything was comfortable, clean, and the host went out of his way to communicate with us. Also, to have parking in the CBD was a huge plus.

Great location!

We enjoyed our two night stay in Wellington. Though the apartment could use some refreshing, it was comfortable and some breakfast food was included. The location was perfect for exploring Wellington by foot! Thank you!

Very easy to find and centrally located! Decor is a little outdated but it was clean and spacious, with plenty of fans, which fit our bill. Host was very kind and checked on us to make sure all was well.

Wonderful Location and Great Host!

We had a fabulous stay in Wellington and enjoyed the central location of this apartment. We came with two children, and the location near Te Papa was perfect. We walked everywhere, including the beautiful waterfront. The host, Rich, was very responsive and just a great person overall. We will stay at this apartment again when visiting Wellington.

Near the Wellington Harbor

The apartment location in Wellington was ideal for our stay. We appreciated the proximity to the harbor and enjoyed dinner at two great restaurants there. A visit to the fantastic Te Papa Museum was very convenient. Walking to other activities (The Beehive, Botanical Gardens) was easy. In-house laundry facilities offered additional help while traveling. Apartment size was appropriate for our family of three adults.

first trip to new zealand

Went to New Zealand to visit our daughter in Wellington. This place was perfect for the family with 2 double beds for the kids and a king for mom and dad. Also had 2 full bathrooms and laundry facilities. Right downtown and no need for a car. You could walk to anything you needed. National Museum of New Zealand is right around the corner and harbor is just down the street. A perfect place to stay when you first arrive.

Convenient location

It was hot when we arrived and the owner quickly provided extra fans. There was a selection of items for breakfast provided. Great location though a bit noisy at night with windows open. Overall good but needs a thorough cleaning and a touch up to some of the finishings.

Excellent central city apartment

Amazing central location 5 mins walk from Te Papa with car parking available in the same building. Excellent prompt communication from the host and clear instructions for entry to the apartment. Basic food supplies provided, plus extras including laundry detergent, dishwasher tabs, Netflix etc.The apartment is fully self contained so we were able to prepare snacks and main meals, plenty of extra linen and plug in column heaters kept the apartment warm. Great living spaces, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so plenty of space for our group of 3 women.Yes the decor is somewhat outdated, but still very functional.We would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Amazing Location

What an awesome location - right in the heart of the CBD. It was a bit loud at night but not so bad once you got used to it. The apartment was clean and easy to check into. We would gladly stay here again.

Perfectly placed!

The location of this property was perfect for exploring downtown Wellington on foot. Also close to many great restaurants and cafes! A shout out to the Thai Chef restaurant for delicious and authentic thai food!
