gorgeous big deck all along the front to sit and enjoy the lake view
deck off main bedroom and main deck to dine in style with the lake view
two boat ramps just up the road, one 2mins drive,one 5 mins drive
beach access right across road opposite bach and another beach with picnic area boat ramp 2mins drive
half way between Rotorua and Whakatane,35mins each way, great for perhaps shopping or to dine out!
Kawerau only 15mins drive for bigger grocery shop
local shop, cafe, liquor store and petrol station 5 mins drive
Special conditions:
Smoking allowed outside only.
Families max 7 people .
Also has Gas Heater fully plumbed in. Radiators in bunkhouse. l

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please make sure dishwasher is unloaded & dishes put away before you leave.
Please take rubbish bin bag down to bins down driveway & leave alcohol bottles ,glass bottles in blue bin .
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If you are bringing small dogs or young children ,please be mindful of our leather furniture & rimu wood furniture, thankyou.
Please do not go into anything marked 'Personal use only' The last 12mths we've had items taken.
Please enjoy the 3 kayaks on the lake ,please leave oars and life jackets tidy after use ,thankyou.
