This recently renovated, stylish and modern family home is set on a quiet and peaceful gully section in north Hamilton. As you enjoy the sun, swimming in the pool overlooking beautiful NZ native gardens, it's hard to believe you're only a short drive from the heart of the city. Relax and unwind in the spa on those cooler winter nights.

Take your coffee and stroll through the gully pathways, enjoying bird watching under the NZ native ferns, or simply relax on the large deck submerged in nature.

Conveniently located and close to Hamilton's two largest shopping malls. 4 mins to Chartwell Shopping Center, 10 mins to The Base, and 15 mins to the CBD.

10 min drive to Claudelands Event Centre

A variety of cycle paths wind their way through the area with endless options. Close to golf course and plenty of kids play parks and cafes within walking distance.
Special conditions:
There is a downstairs unit on the bottom floor of the house which may also be available for hire if extra space is needed.

An additional cleaning fee of $120 will take care of vacuuming, clean linen, cleaning bathrooms etc however basic tidiness will be expected- ie dishes washed andamp; packed away and house left in tidy order.

A bond of $450 will be required before your stay and returned after your stay provided house is as you found it.

No parties, or unreasonable excess noise.

Our family cat stays at the house, he roams freely and hope he is no trouble at all.

Beautiful house and grounds to relax in Hamilton.

Nicola was a great host and had everything ready for us. The house is very comfortable, beautifully appointed and the grounds are open and inviting.

Relaxing oasis in the city!

We loved this property and the online photos actually don't do it justice! I used it as a base to get ready for my wedding and its open, light layout was perfect. We would highly recommend this property to any one looking for a relaxing, private and comfortable place to stay.

I can't really fault this amazing house!

I can't really fault this amazing house! The view, the space of the open plan living areas plus the bonus downstairs area was awesome for us! The kitchen is just kitchen goals for me haha. The extra towels and blankets, the welcome chocolate and the detailed info sheet,the wifi just the little touches made us feel special and we really did appreciate it! Next time we will bring insect repellent as the sand flies loved to bite us. Great locating great owners amazing house Thanks again Nicola :)

We had the BEST time at the Peaceful Gully Retreat. The photos do not do it justice. The location was perfect for us, we enjoyed using the spa and if the weather had been warmer we would of been in the pool for sure! Great afternoon sun was enjoyed on the deck and the house was organised and clean.

generally as described but the drawback was the single room with king single advertised.

generally as described but the drawback was the single room with king single advertised. we arrived in the dark and did not realise that this room was only accessible from the outside on the ground floor. So our son slept on the couch. Enjoyed the spa and everything. The hot water pressure was quite low - not sure if this was normal but it was a bit basic compared to rest of the house.
