Sunny private and spacious

Kinloch is a relaxed holiday spot within a short 20 minute drive from Taupo. It is well known for its Jack Nicklaus designed golf course, and its walking and biking trails. Kinloch marina provides safe and easy access to the lake for water sports and fishing. With its stunning lake views and tranquil feel Kinloch offers the perfect getaway place. Playgrounds, tennis courts and the pontoon placed in the lake over summer provides plenty to keep the children entertained.
As this is our holiday home we encourage you to get out and about and enjoy what Kinloch has to offer. We provide a TV with basic channels but if you require Sky this is not the place for you ;) . If we can do anything to help you during your stay please just ask and we will do our best to assist.
PLEASE NOTE.. this booking is for five people. $20 Per night for each extra guest. Maximum of 8 people
Extras: Cleaning (Required, NZ100.00 per stay); NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Bring your own linen (towels/sheets/tea towels)

Lock the doors and return the keys
On checkout please ensure heatpump is turned off .
Ensure all doors locked, windows shut, key returned to lockbox.
Remove food items from fridge and all rubbish. There is a Kinloch refuse/transfer station.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please do not touch boat or jetski. These are out of bounds.
For the convenience of following guests please ensure bbq is cleaned after use

We love the outdoors and Kinloch was just the perfect spot for us. With so many biking trails and the easy access to the lake for fishing and water sports, not to forget the delightful 9 hole golf course, we feel spoilt for choice. there is always something for us to do and should the weather not be so kind then its off to the hot pools in Taupo!

Why they chose this property

Our holiday home is situated on a large section with plenty of space for backyard games and a good size deck to relax and soak up the sun. Deck chairs and outside seating is supplied. Nearby playground, tennis court, golf course, walking trails and biking trails give endless choices of activities
