The property worked well for our needs and the whole home was well appointed. There was everything we needed to spend the almost 2 week stay. Hosts were responsive to a couple small issues and they took care of them immediately. I appreciated that they left coffee,milk, and basic staples along with lots of snacks and breakfast options. We will definitely consider staying here again when needed and definitely recommend the home. It’s especially convenient if you have children as they have a crib and other amenities needed for small ones.

This was cute, cozy, and spacious. We rented this location for a conference in St. Charles at the Q Center. This was cute little home away from home. Our hosts were very thoughtful and even purchased a fresh half gallon of milk for us. The home was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoy sitting in the basement area just talking and watching a movie after a long day at the conference. We would definitely rent this space again!

This is a must-stay when visiting the Wheaton area. Home was located central to many attractions, exceptionally clean and well stocked of essentials. We live nearby and rented this house for some family who was visiting because we don’t have enough extra space to host them ourselves. The home was extremely clean and met our needs perfectly. Perfect!

We needed a place for our family to have some peace and quiet and to be able to make meals at home. We loved having a kitchen available, a yard, and a few books & toys to entertain the kids. We were impressed with how well this place is set up for out-of-towners. And the bedding was very comfortable. Absolutely no complaints at all.

Amazing holiday vacation

Our stay was wonderful. The house was well stocked and very very clean. The hosts decorated their lovely home for the holidays with Christmas trees, wreaths, place matts and numerous decorations. We felt like we were at home. The home has everything! There were snacks, milk, water and plenty of shampoo, hand cleaner and even new toothbrushes to use. We will stay here again. The place was amazing. Thank you for making it a memorable holiday.

Great rental with everything you might need!

This was one of the best and cleanest rentals any of the 5 of us have stayed in! The hosts were very responsive and the home had everything we could have needed. Beds and pillows were comfy, both baths had lots of soft towels and extra toiletries for those forgotten items. The kitchen was stocked with anything we needed, and snacks and breakfast /coffee items all available. Home was exactly as pictured and in a great quiet subdivision. We will be back!

Perfect Stay

We just got done staying at this VRBO. We had to find a place while our house was under construction. The place was immaculate! The owners had snacks on the counter and drinks in the fridge when we arrived. I loved the signs everywhere with little details of questions one might have. The house was spotless which is a plus in my book! I highly recommend this house. It was close to CDH Hospital, a Target store and some dinning restaurants.

Great Property!

It is a very clean house in a quiet neighborhood. It was well stocked with snacks and essentials. The hosts were always quick to respond when I had questions about the area prior to arriving. We met our 4 adult children for the weekend, and they said we should book it again for next year. The only thing one should be aware of is if anyone has mobility issues, there are stairs to the bedrooms, bathrooms and living area. There are hand rails. Kitchen and dining room are on main level. Highly recommend this property!

Clean, Cozy and Well Stocked! Owner thought of it all!

We very much enjoyed staying at this property. The home was very welcoming and clean. The neighborhood was very quiet. The owner thought of it all, well thought out rules/directions for use of property and items and nice touch on providing extras that families might find helpful. The owner also put thought into providing a booklet of things to do in the area and menus for delivery as well. Communication was quick, friendly and most of all helpful. I never had to wait longer then a few minutes to get an answer back via messages within the app. We hope to visit again soon! Thankful for a relaxing time and a comfortable place to stay.

We've been residence of Winfield for the last 20 years and absolutely love our town and the surrounding areas. We're very dedicated parents and property owners. We currently have a long-term rental property that has been occupied by the same wonderful tenant for the last 13 years. We love being landlords and have recently decided to get into the short-term rental market as well. We love meeting new people, and our goal is to provide our guests with a wonderful stay and a great experience!
