House has plenty of space to spread out for a large family. The sunroom and back patio were fantastic additions for a fall day. Host was amazing to work with and super quick to respond. Absolutely perfect for a family wedding weekend.

it’s a very nicely, remodeled home in a very quiet neighborhood. Large kitchen, comfortable beds, there’s a walk-in shower in the finished basement, which was important to us. It’s also close to Geneva, which is a very nice town many restaurants and shops.

Bliss In Batavia is a wonderful and spacious property. Our family of four and two dogs were very comfortable in the space. Each of the four bedrooms is very spacious and well appointed. Definitely recommend and will consider for future stays.

The home was exceptionally clean. We appreciated the availability of extra toiletries although we did not need them. Communication was excellent. Beds were comfortable and the linens and towels were nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This was a perfect home for our extended family. It is in a safe neighborhood and close to a park. It has a huge backyard, which is fun for the kids. The house was very clean and had nice decor. The main level bedrooms share a jack and Jill bathroom. The house is much bigger than it appears from the outside. We had a great stay.

Great yard

Our stay in Batavia was fine. The house was big enough for our family and had a great large outdoor space for us to play yard games and cookout. Mark was very quick to respond when needed. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and close to the park. Good for a quiet family stay.

Family Trip

The property is very nice, newly remodeled and beautifully decorated. Needs just a few practical items for the rooms in the basement, which I suggested to the owner but otherwise it was perfect for our trip back to visit family. We would have loved to have been able to sit outside on the nice back deck, but we got some rain while we were there. Would definitely stay here again!

Family Gathering

This clean, beautifully decorated house was perfect for our family gathering. With its spacious kitchen and bedrooms and a separate space for the grandkids, there was plenty of room for everyone. The large outdoor space was great for grilling and yard games. Mark was a great host and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. We would defiantly stay again.

Beautiful home, clean, comfortable, safe neighborhood and wonderful decor. Felt that a few practical items were missing in the kitchen and basement. But overall a great place to stay.
