In addition to the 2 king suites and a third queen bedroom, the main living level includes a full sized guest bathroom, an open kitchen/dining/living area with spacious cabinets and a beautiful fire place that opens up to a large deck with a new gas grill and 180 degree views. Large dining room table, updated furnishings, two-car garage, great for entertaining. Washer and dryer on first floor!
The lower level includes two additional bedrooms offering one king, and one queen. Two full bathrooms. A great room with fireplace and TV opening up to a walk-out patio and a game room (ping pong table, foosball and darts).

Trapper's Ridge is a planned community of single-family homes just 15 minutes from Powder Mountain Resort. Snowbasin and Nordic Valley Ski Resorts are within a 25-minute drive. Pineview Reservoir, about a 15-minute drive, offers a sandy shore and a great place to enjoy lake activities. The community features a pool & a year-round hot tub overlooking Pineview Lake and a clubhouse with a fitness center and foosball table (the community pool is generally open Memorial Day to Labor Day). Pool hours are from 8am to 9 pm with 8am to 11am reserved for adults use only. HOA rules only allow 8 guests to use the facilities (including the pool) at a time. However, there is a large grassy area next to the pool available if your party has more than 8 people. There is a tennis court/pickleball and basketball practice area. The neighborhood trail connects to Wolf Creek’s network, offering about a 4-mile loop. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also available at the Clubhouse.
The garage fits 2 cars with an additional 3 in the driveway. Additional parking spaces are located nearby. Per HOA rules, absolutely no parking on the street is allowed at any time (RVs and boats must be parked in the garage, not in the driveway). Please review additional HOA rules at trappersridgehoa.com; all guests are required to abide by the HOA rules during their stay.

Several families stayed her for the Triple Crown World Series. It was an excellent place to stay away from Ogden, UT. Two people in our group are in wheelchairs and the two main level master suites worked great for them. We would stay again if in the area.

This place is awesome. The nicest location we have stayed at by far. Lots of rooms. Everyone had their own bathroom. Short trip to Powder. We really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent house for a family. The main floor for the adults was perfect. The downstairs was like a second house minus a kitchen for all the kids, and was awesome. Absolutely perfect!!!
This house is perfect for a large ski group. It is well stocked and has plenty of room for the six guys who stayed there. This is our second year and we are going to come back for a third! Steve was great to work with!
We ha a great experience! The house was clean, well equipped, great location all with great views. We loved that there were family rooms on both levels so we could spread out. The game room was a great addition! We would highly recommend!!

Steve was so nice called ahead and made sure we needed everything for the stay! The house was amazing! I took my whole family and in laws we had 14 people total and it fit perfect! I will def be returning in the winter to go snowboarding!
