Fantastic place to stay. Clean and tidy with modern bathrooms. Very welcoming host nothing was a problem. Terrific location with excellent views of the harbor and sea. Making use of the wood fired BBQ and Pizza oven just make the experience even better. Plenty of firewood to choose from. Bit of a tricky driveway at first but easy parking and turn around. Keeps us coming back each year.

Family getaway

Week away in Northland

We enjoyed this family Bach for our week in Northland. Highlights were R&R charters, a 5 min walk to the boat ramp & amazing view from property. Plenty of room & privacy when travelling with family.

Great place to relax and enjoy the views.

We really enjoyed the property and the great views, great to have the fire place on a cold night and crank the pizza oven up with few vinos whilst the sun goes down. Next morning wake to the sun coming up over the beach with a coffee then a Head to the beach for a morning walk.

Stunning is an accurate description!

Absolutely loved our stay here. I stayed with family to celebrate my birthday and the house layout was perfect to accommodate three couples and my teenage daughters. Everyone had their own space and it made for a relaxing, seamless weekend. The house itself is stunning with incredible views. Great location and very handy to shops and amenities.Would highly recommend for a getaway in Mangawhai.
