About this property

The Nineteenth Vineyard Accommodation

The Nineteenth is spacious, modern, inviting and exclusively yours for the duration of your stay. Featuring two large bedrooms, two bathrooms and an expansive open plan living and kitchen area, The Nineteenth has been fitted out with all the necessary luxury items to make it your home away from home.

All rooms open out onto an expansive deck and have north-east facing views overlooking the surrounding vineyards, farmland and Marlborough Golf Course. A sheltered courtyard with BBQ and outdoor seating is located adjacent to the kitchen and living area.

The bedrooms are located at either end of the living area and each contain a generous king sized bed.

A portacot is available on request

The Nineteenth is set in the heart of New Zealand's premier wine region with many of New Zealand's most famous wineries on its doorstep. It is also just minutes away from fine restaurants, beautiful beaches, walking tracks, golf courses, shopping and the Marlborough Sounds.

The maximum occupancy for The Nineteenth is four people.

SERVICING

The house is serviced every seven days, between stays, or by arrangement.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancel up to 7 days before check in and get a 50% refund. Cancel within 7 days of your trip and the reservation is non-refundable.

Beautiful location

We enjoyed our stay at the Nineteenth, which was very clean and comfortable and true to photo’s online. The best feature of this property is its location - a beautiful outlook of mountains, golf course and vines.

You can tell a lot of consideration went into creating this property...The positioning of the house, the lines, the amenities, and beyond. An absolute nugget. We can't wait to come back and spend more time here.

Stunning wine country retreat

We loved our stay! The house is lovely, and perched on a hillside with great views of the vineyards and mountains. We made good use of the available mountain bikes and had a great day biking to wineries in the valley. Our only regret is not visiting in the summer and getting to take fully advantage of the property. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This house is stunning, its probably the best house weve ever rented with VRBO. Very modern with everything you need. Jane was very easy to work with, she touched base with us during our stay to make sure everything was good. Magnificent views from every window of the house. Quiet, secluded. We loved it!

Oh the view

This home is stunning. Set on a working winery which we strolled thru (map is provided), the views off this home are amazing. Loved the heated tiles in the bathroom and deep lovely bath with a view. We had two nights at the nineteenth while we were working in the Wairau. It was the perfect place for two work colleagues - stunning views, stylish, comfortable, own ends of the house. Next time I’ll book a golf trip! So accommodating of my misdoing days too … thank you Jane and Matt

Beautiful home with stunning views

Lovely modern home, set on a hilltop overlooking the golf course, beautiful grassland and acres and acres of vineyards. Totally private and peaceful but only around 10 minutes drive from the centre of Blenheim, very close to Villa Maria Estate and within 15 minutes drive of most of the cellar doors. The property also offers 2 mountain bikes and golf clubs for guests' use. We would definitely stay here again if we visited the area. Communication from hosts was excellent and check in easy. Highly recommended.

amazing as usual !!!

We stayed at the nineteenth for the second time. We absolutely love this house, it’s setting and view, it’s build quality and very stylish Scandinavian design. We love it all. It’s even more special to me because I grew up in the town of Blenheim, and we got married at wither hills winery, so the house is very well positioned for the locations we love to visit. Probably do need a car to access the house x unless relying on taxis or have bikes. Definitely recommend .

It’s perfect… star filled sky, amazing wine and a gorgeous property!

The 19th is a real gem. Modern and brilliantly clean. Wide open feeling with panoramic views of wineries and mountains. Everything you could want or need is available in the kitchen to enjoy a night in and with these views why go any where but “home”. Thank you Jane and Matt for making this outstanding property available. Ps. Our visit was made even better when my favourite winery Dog Point graciously opened their cellar door for a tasting during harvest season!

Absolutely Devine. Modern, clean, views to die for. We love running and mountain biking and it was so nice to just step out the front door and explore the vineyard and region on foot and bike! We are a married couple living in Marlborough with our two young children.

Why they chose this property

In 2017 we built The Nineteenth on our vineyard as we saw a demand for more vineyard accommodation in the region.

What makes this property unique

Built in 2017, this architecturally designed two bedroom guest accommodation has two large bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. An open plan kitchen and dining area seamlessly flow on to an expansive deck overlooking the Marlborough Golf Course and surrounding vineyards.

The Nineteenth is the perfect spot for couples, families, friends or executives, and provides all the necessities you need to make your stay in Marlborough a memorable one.
