Through the oversized windows and accordion-style doors, you'll notice you're surrounded by lush grounds peppered with fruit trees and a magnificent pool and spa perfect for soaking in the California sun. With ample seating, an outdoor fireplace and fire pit, you'll be able to enjoy the incredible amenities Casa de Calma has to offer day and night. No detail has been spared in this delightful Montecito home filled with thought-provoking artwork and contemporary interior design.



Outdoor dining here is a must do under the stars and surrounded by the subdued exterior lighting that captives this beautiful outdoor space. The first floor living area is open-concept with seating for five at the kitchen island and ample cooking space for all your dining needs. The beautifully designed expansive living room combines form and function and has multiple seatings areas, a fireplace, and a dining table that welcomes everyone into this perfectly designed interior space.



The primary suite, located on the second floor, offers an en suite bathroom with a rainfall shower, soaking tub and beautiful tile work -- a separate Miele laundry area is provided in the suite. Two additional bedrooms, both with en suite baths, are tastefully appointed with artwork and contemporary luxury furnishings. On the first floor, a children's bunk room with en suite bathroom is the perfect spot for children of all ages. A lovely powder room is located across the way. In the game room, you'll find a pool table and full bar.



The property also features a detached guest house with a long-term tenant in residence. The spaces are fully separate, with no shared access to the main house or amenities, allowing for a private and uninterrupted stay.

Exceptional home!!! Stayed with my family and the house, accommodations, amenities, snd location were ideal. The game room was an added bonus, along with the heated pool! Will be back! Loved the art work!

The details of the house Wanderlust provided was very helpful, the house is well appointed with luxurious linens and high end kitchen appliances. Everything was very well thought out in the space and stylish.

A wonderful experience!

I couldn’t be more happy with our stay at Casa de Calma. The house was BEAUTIFUL. The check in progress was easy and was greeted at the door and walked around the property. If I had questions, the property manager emailed me back quickly and was willing to help. Overall, an amazing experience. I would highly recommend if you want a quiet beautiful getaway!

Beauty

The house and location were perfect for our stay and close to the wedding venue. The house totally worked well for our family. However, in many ways, it was not user friendly. There were no drawers in the master as they were locked off. I prefer NOT to live out of a suitcase. Property manager was prompt in bringing a hairdryer to the house. Several plugs did not work or you had to force the plug in with more strength than I have. The landscaping and setting is very beautiful. A true Santa Barbara feel!
