Stunning space with French doors leading to private garden deck for the ultimate indoor/outdoor living experience. Large 85” Smart TV, Sonos Sound System. Enjoy the designer couches and chairs set to comfortably seat 12 people. Perfect for movie nights, game nights, and gatherings.

The perfect get-away to soak up the beautiful Santa Barbara weather. Each yard space can be opened up to interconnect or fully enclosed.

Probably one of the best homes we have stayed at with our family of six plus spouses and grand children. The home does not look like much from the street but once you enter the gates it has meticulously groomed gardens with plenty of enclosed space for everyone. Inside the rooms are large, the home is clean and there was even a set up of dog bowls for our dog. The home is a five minute walk from Montecito and Butterfly Beach. Although the freeway parallels the home the noise level is next to nothing. Lastly, Chris, the property manager would get back to us immediately if we had any concerns or questions. We cannot say enough good things about this home, Chris and our fabulous week in Montecito!

Wonderful vacation

This is a really excellent house! We were a three-generation party of ten, two grandparents, three kids with spouses and two young grandchildren. The 4 bedrooms, with en-suite bathrooms, were roomy and afforded good privacy. The open living room/dining area/kitchen area was spacious and well equipped. The main outdoor space had a large turf area and a latticed dining area where we ate all our meals except breakfast. Walking distance to the beach and to shops/excellent dining. Close to the 101, but so well landscaped that we hardly knew the highway was there. Just wow! A solid ten!

Great Getaway

Walk to beach, play games, relax in backyard, walk to town, take a jacuzzi, play ping-pong. We did it all every day. The house was well-equipped for all vacation activities.

Really enjoyed our stay. 11 family members stayed comfortably here; felt like we all had privacy. Home is beautiful and garden areas are very peaceful and fun for the kids. A bit of traffic noise, but we got used to it quickly. Some trains going by, but not a big deal and only seemed to run occasionally during the day. Location was great, very walkable to the beach and to Montecito's lower village. We would definitely stay here again.

Girls' Running and Spa Getaway

The property is conveniently located to every desirable location in and around Montecito. It is well appointed and clean and has multiple, lovely outdoor spaces for group gathers or personal space. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would return again. The host went above and beyond and was really helpful and communicative.

Beautiful Property in an Amazing Location!

We loved our stay in Betsy's beautiful property, it was so clean and comfortable, we did not want to leave! It was an easy walk to the beach and to Lower Montecito, with nice shops and restaurants. Wonderful retreat

This house was so relaxing we had a hard time leaving to go do anything! Location is 10/10 - one block to town and 5min walk to a great neighborhood beach. 5min drive to the funk zone. Everyone was very comfortable and felt right at home. The kids loved running around on the turf in the backyard while we BBQ'd. Would love to come back in the future and enjoy this beautiful place again.

Perfect for family reunions and close to all

The home is spacious and well-maintained, lots of space. The lush grounds invite both play and relaxation, something for everyone. Although having neither beachfront nor mountain view, the location is ideal for walking to the beach (across the Biltmore) or to Montecito town for a morning coffee or a short drive to East Beach, the zoo, funk zone, State St. Our kids and young grandkids enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning just to see our hosts' "Welcome to Paradise" sign!

Perfect getaway!

We rented this property to celebrate my daughters first birthday. All of my family, 10 adults and the baby, had a great time at this lovely home! It felt like home away from home in the beautiful town of Montecito. Everything one could have needed or wanted for a long stay like this was accommodated in the home. One could tell the owners take great pride in their home and accommodating it for guests! My family would highly recommend this property and we hope that the future allows us to visit it again since we now know what to expect!

Beautiful home, great location. Kitchen well stocked with appliances, utensils etc. made cooking a breeze. Bathrooms and bedrooms were well appointed with quality bedding and towels. Walkable to beach as well as restaurants cafe and drugstore. The hot tub and cold plunge were a hit. As well as tvs. Indoor and outdoor tvs allowed fans to keep up with sports while being together. Ping pong and other games were attractive but never got to them The weather was just too beautiful and we enjoyed being outside!

Spring House -the Perfect Vac Home

From the beginning to the end of renting the Spring House in Montecito, everything was smooth, well organized & very welcoming. The house is very comfortable & home-like & very well stocked for any type of need you may have...but the comfortable beds make it a true dream to sleep! I need to know what label mattress is in the master suite! The house is very well cared for & stocked with every ammenity. An excellent choice for luxury & comforts! Family wedding weekend

The house was great for 12 family members. Location was perfect and we even liked the train sounds nearby! We could walk to the beach and to dinner or morning coffee. We could have used more towels, some dish towels, and we were missing some sheets. The disposal had a leak and the kitchen cabinets could use some paint. Dining chairs need to be cleaned as do outdoor seat cushions. Don’t mean to be negative but these updates should be made to make it perfect!

The perfect place for a Santa Barbara family vacation!

The Spring House exceeded our expectations and we enjoyed every minute of our stay there! My kids and grandkids and our dogs convened in Santa Barbara to celebrate my birthday and the Spring House was a perfect place for all of us. The house's bedrooms are well spaced for privacy, the kitchen and living rooms gave us plenty of area to mingle and yet keep a close eye on the three year old and baby. The house is lovely and feels so comfortable. We used the yard a lot and played ping pong and played catch on the lawn area. We all hung out on the beautiful patio for breakfast and lunch and then walked to Butterfly Beach, which is our favorite beach in California! Betsy was the perfect hostess and I can't thank her enough for accommodating us. Can't wait to return!

Montecito Getaway

Betsy's place was perfect for two families with kids spending a weekend together. The inside decor of the property was not our style but the outside was AMAZING...so many nooks and crannies to hangout and for kids to explore! We had beautiful weather all weekend and loved hanging out all over the property. The only drawback for two couples is that there is only one CLEAR master that is extremely oversized. The other bedrooms are all smaller and queens or less. The property is certainly big enough for multiple families but bedroom layout is better suited for one family. Betsy was extremely helpful and easy to get a hold of the one time we needed her. WE would love to stay here again.

Comfortable and inviting

The house has a very comfortable layout for a large group (agree the pictures don't do it justice), with rooms in corners of the house for privacy. The master bedroom and bath are enormous. The kitchen is very well equipped and made it easy to have large group meals. The one negative I would echo is the water situation. We had 8 adults staying in the house and had to strategically phase our showers because the hot water would run out, and when there was hot water, it was scalding and difficult to adjust. That said, I would caveat that we didn't reach out to Betsy to give her the opportunity to fix during our short stay. She did respond quickly when we requested the corrected wifi password. Overall a great stay! Thanks Betsy!

Much better than expected!

I arrived with my three kids and my two small dogs, and I was in love! The gardens are so beautiful! The house is gorgeous and it has everything you need! The kitchen is big with top notch appliances and very well equipped to cook just about anything! We grilled steaks out on the patio too. The beds are comfortable. The kids loved the house, but the ones that had the best time were my dogs. They loved the garden! They would get lost in the plants. I spent a lot of time outside in the gardens, just looking at the plants and taking photos. I loved to have my breakfast out in the patio. The beaches are great and the town is very cute too! Betsy was a great hostess and she answered all my questions promptly. I agree with what another reviewer said, the house is much better in person. This was such a relaxing and wonderful vacation. Thank you, Betsy!

GREAT! 5 Stars!!!

Huge house with lots of sitting areas. 3 different yard areas. The house looks like a home. Artwork, pictures, beautiful furniture, beautiful dishes and appliances, tvs in all rooms. Attention to detail is impressive. Lots of windows, secure, outdoor furniture is great. Kid friendly. Literally just a few minutes walk to streets with restaurants and very close to the beach and water. The pictures on the website do not do it justice. One of the bedrooms is perfect for someone with a baby because it has a kitchen. The master bedroom is HUGE. One of the bedrooms has a beautiful courtyard area attached. One bedroom has a bed and then trundle twin beds which was perfect for one of our family with 2 boys. The house and linens very clean and spotless. The owner is very responsive to questions. All and all it is a great place and we would highly recommend it. We ate breakfast at Jeanenne's almost every morning which is a totally AWESOME place to eat and people watch. Honor Bar is great, Los Arroyos is great. We drove to the wharf and ate at We had pizza one night from Giovonni's which was pretty good. We drove to Brophy Brothers restaurant which was the BEST seafood. In fact we ate there twice. Gorgeous views of the marina and water. We ate at Moby Dick restaurant which was okay -- service was great We had a rehearsal dinner at Stellmari restaurant which was excellent with great service. The wedding we were attending was at the Biltmore/Four Seasons which has excellent food, service and views of the water. .

The Butterfly Beach area of Montecito affords our guests a unique and rare opportunity to enjoy many aspects of town on foot. Given how much time most of us spend in our cars, we felt that this was a special gift we wanted to share with visitors to Santa Barbara.

What makes this property unique

Walking virtually next door and being on the gorgeous grounds of the Four Seasons Biltmore is certainly special, whether lingering over Sunday brunch or having a facial and massage at the spa. Afterwards, a walk on the beach feels just right. Sometimes after sleeping in, it's fun to walk over to Jeannine's All-American Bakery and sit outside for a delicious breakfast or lunch. And of course, if you want to see and be seen, or do some celebrity watching, hit the night time scene at Lucky's, the hip Montecito steakhouse.
