Tranquil Retreat is set on a spacious, wide block set well back from the quiet street and is nestled behind abundant Moonah trees and native bushes in a beautifully manicured native garden. It's not hard to see how this property got its name - it really is totally Tranquil.
With a mere 800 metre walk to the Blairgowrie Foreshore and short stroll further to the Village Shops, and approx 2 kms to the Blairgowrie Yacht Squadron, this modern, low maintenance beach house will quickly become your perfect holiday spot!
Making it ideal for two families, there are two living rooms, both with Smart TVs, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a great outdoor area with BBQ and dining table that can be covered with large retractable awning. There is also a private grassed area that would suit a relaxing sit in the sun and a read of a book.
You will feel very comfortable all year round with ducted heating and cooling and ceiling fans throughout, including in most of the bedrooms. The main living room has a gas log fire for relaxing on a chilly day.
There's nothing missing here, with a large walk in kitchen pantry, induction cook top, wine fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, washing machine, clothes dryer, BBQ and free WiFi. There's a garage which has an additional fridge and a table tennis table and there's a basketball hoop out the front.
This lovely property lends itself easily to wintery getaways or summer family fun. All you have to do is relax and enjoy!!
