ENJOY A LOVELY FAMILY HOME JUST A FEW MINUTES WALK (400m) TO THE BEAUTIFUL, CHILD FRIENDLY TYRONE BEACH.

Spacious, clean and comfortable, this attractive 4 bedroom holiday home is ideal for 2 families to share a summer holiday, for 3 couples or for a small group of friends. Why not have your "friends weekend" here? Just 10-15 minutes from Peninsula Hot Springs and close to many fabulous wineries for lunch. Ideally located for a golfing getaway as well. (SORRY: NO SCHOOLIES)

With modern furnishings, the home features 4 bedrooms, all with ceiling fans. Kitchen, separate meals area, large living room and a laundry with washing machine and drier. The home has two newly renovated full bathrooms, with walk-in showers and a bathtub. Split system air conditioner and heater in the Family room, as well as a cosy wood heater to add warmth and ambience in those cooler months (wood supplied). The kitchen has been recently renovated and fully equipped, including a dishwasher and microwave.

Take your pick of two large decks, both with outdoor dining, barbecue and cozy hanging egg chairs, that captures the sun even in autumn, winter and spring. A pretty back garden that is fully enclosed with a large lawn for the kids to run around.

There is also ample off street parking for cars as well as a secure parking behind the fence.

The house is ideally situated, very private, in a quiet area. There's no need to use the car to get to the waves and sand, it's an easy 7 minute stroll to the well known Tyrone Beach - safe and beautiful. You can indulge in the Blairgowrie cafe scene after a 20 minute walk or drive to the shops and restaurants in nearby Sorrento and Rye. Alternatively, you can drive up to the hills to wine and dine in one of the many fine wineries or pamper yourself at the nearby Peninsula Hot Springs. The more active can explore the Point Nepean National Park, play a round of golf at one of the many golf courses, take the children horse riding, tree surfing or trek along one of the many scenic walking tracks.

A beautiful home just a short walk from the beach. Accomodation was very clean and kitchen was fully stocked (even a thermomix!). Would highly recommend staying here for a weekend getaway. Adam and Mandy were very helpful hosts 10/10.

We loved this house! The layout worked really well, with spacious kitchen, living areas and bedrooms, as well as containing everything we needed. We loved the swinging chairs on the balcony, and easy walk to the beach. Mandy was an excellent host and communicated clearly and promptly throughout our stay.

Perfect home in great location

We spent our family Christmas at this wonderful house and we were so happy we chose Mandi's house. The layout was great, heaps of space, beautiful garden and all the amenities that you would need including lots of extras like board games etc that were great for a family stay. We would definitely be keen to stay here again

Our stay was most enjoyable, located easy walking distance to both Beach & nice coffee spot. Plenty of space to relax in & very comfortable rooms Back yard needs a tidy up & weeded but didn’t spoil our stay at all Thank you for sharing your property

Thanks Linda. Unfortunately the uncharacteristic wet weather has meant that the lawn could not be mowed during changeover of guests. We don’t like to disturb guests with gardening during their stay and ensure that they have privacy. So we made the choice to leave it this time.

Great location!

The property was in a great spot and good for my family with small infants. We would have preferred not to bring our linen for the cost of the stay. The rooms were of a great size too.

Stay here with two families of four, and it was perfect.. Heaps of space for the young kids to get around, awesome new kitchen with heaps to cool with and 2 new bathrooms, It was perfect It was also really handy to be so close to the front beach and the Blairgowrie shops are walking distance away

Lovely home with sunny deck

The home was very comfortable and well equipped. Beds were super comfy and bathrooms recently renovated. The deck is a great space for dining and relaxing in the egg chairs. The walk to Blairgowrie shops is a decent length so wear your walking shoes. Overall I would recommend and would stay again.

Great Property Wonderful Hosts

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - a terrific beach house with everything you need to have a relaxing stay. Books, Boardgames, log fire, BBQ and a lovely deck to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Very close to the family friendly beach and a short walk to the shops and cafes of Blairgowrie. Can highly recommend this property and the lovely host Mandy who was very prompt with all communications. We will be staying here again!

Lovely Beach Stay

A lovely "updated" property with a perfect 'Rye beach house' atmosphere. Kitchen is very well equipped with several outdoor areas for eating & entertaining. Wonderful beach stay

The house is beautifully renovated. With a great decking front or back depending on the suns position. Kitchen and bathrooms all brand new which makes it so easy. A short stroll to Blairgowrie Village for a morning coffee and only 300m from front beach. Everything you need all on your doorstep!

Beautiful place!

We were so surprised when we got there, the house is so beautiful and the pictures don’t really show that! Mandy is a very good host and helped us with anything we needed. It’s very close to the beach and we would go for walks every morning and evening. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, so you can have a very good sleep too. It was all very clean and they have all the appliances in ou may need. I will definitely go back there for another holiday!

It has it all!

A beautiful property in a great location. It’s a short walk to the beach - very doable with kids and beach equipment! The house is modern, well appointed and spacious. What a lovely back deck with the most relaxing swing chairs! Beautiful and unique artwork throughout the house. Definitely looking forward to returning for another stay. Mandy was responsive and happy to answer any questions.
