3. please return back the apartment the same i have given to you, otherwise the cost of cleaning service will be charged.

Can you please explain what you didnt like about your stay? We gave it to you absolutely sparkling clean, carpark, everything working and comfortable. You havent complain throughout your stay about a single thing, and even wanted to extend. And when we asked you if Everything is ok you seemed happy and satisfied. Reviews like this are extremely unfair, it disadvantage hotels and owners, effect our revenue. Next time please list your concerns to us before posting Reviews. Regards

Our initial check in time was 5pm . Then changed to 6pm. Only after insisting on getting in earlier was the code enter sent through so we could at least drop off our luggage. Supplied towels smelt odd, not clean

Overall clean. Towels were old and one had a hole in it. No wifi, no TV connection in 2026 is just not tolerable. The fan that was provided was very dirty, the dust was so caked on my attempt to remove it failed. The checkin email was clear and concise but its tone was a little threatening regarding take out all the trash and leave the place exactly as you found it or be charged a cleaning fee, which is a broad statement implying that anything left untidy will result in the fee. This statement is unreasonable and any expectation that one shall make the bed and clean everything defeats the point of booking, although I did clean and literally leave it better than i found it. I would only book this location again if these improvements were made.

I love being a host because what's better than putting a smile on someone's face or when I get to keep in touch with all the interesting characters that have stayed at my accomodation. I am a single woman in business who do everything a lone from ironing sheets to cleaning and decorating.

Why they chose this property

The apartment is located at a great locations in a suburb near the city and considered Auckland central suburb. near a big supermarket. bus routes walking distance to the train station.
the main people who live in this complex are elderlies and small family that's why we need to be considerate to noise.
