Upstairs you will find another bedroom, WET BAR, pool/game room, office, spa room with Jacuzzi tub with river view!! A gorgeous white sand beach, private boat dock, covered and uncovered patios, fire pit, outdoor kitchen, overlooking the river. Deep part of River. Located In the center of Lake Havasu , Laughlin and minutes away from Pirates cove and Topak. Tons of parking. Sleeps up to 16 additional guest are ok with prior approval and fee ($100 a night per additional guest). Includes kids playpen and high chair for your convivence. Home is fully fenced on a gated street.

Absolutely the best location on the river. Easy access to all attractions on the river regardless of water levels. Cristal clear water on a white sandy beach and breathtaking sunsets.
