Awesome Desert Escape. Sits on 1/3 Acre, with sweeping mountain views and incredible sunsets. Enjoy the very large pool , heated spa, waterslide, water features and backyard entertainment space including large, long countertop, gas grill and firepit for cool nights. The 11' deep pool stays refreshing all year long. The water slide coupled with the large Baja shelf and heated 10 person SPA make this a water lovers paradise. The Kids will wear themselves out going down the slide, then wrap up a long day making S'mores over the fire. Over 1500 sq. ft. of outdoor covered patio has great summer shade and a large 65" TV to catch the game or watch a movie while relaxing on the large out door couch or even sitting in the spa. The kids love the "Dive In Movie" watching movies from the spa. You'll enjoy a very comfortable Interior space with a ton of board games, poker chips, cornhole, TV options and other fun stuff to make for lots of great memories. We like to cook, the kitchen is very well appointed with all the utensils and tools you'll need to keep everyone fed and happy.....whether its making a margarita or toasting marshmallows over the fire we've got it covered. Well behaved kids and pets are welcome, this is our family's home and we want your friends and family to enjoy it as much as we do.

Beautiful home

We came into town to enjoy the river and a concert and were lucky enough to find this home for our stay. We were able to bring our dogs and enjoyed this beautiful home. The neighborhood felt really safe, we took walks/ran every morning. The host was welcoming and we loved the pool and spa! Felt like home, Would definitely stay again!

Memorable Memorial weekend.

The house was perfect! We had a great time. The pool and out door livingroom is where we spent the whole weekend even did alol out cooking outside. Only in the house to sleep on the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on. The house is perfect and the host is very nice. We would love to stay at this house again.

Great Stay!

We loved our stay at this home. The hot tub was great for the cool evenings. we liked making s’mores at the fire pit. The house had tons of games for the kids. The house is close to several fun places to visit. We loved Oatman ghost town that is only a 20 minute drive and had fun boating on Lake Havasu that’s a little over an hour away. The host was great and easy to get in touch with.

Great location with great vibes

We had a family reunion and celebrated a few birthdays. It was perfect. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking, and the outside kitchen was great for BBQing and pool time. It's located near the Colorado river, so it's great for after river time relaxion for when the adults are gassed but the kids still want to play. There is shopping in the area making it really convenient to just arrive and then grocery shop. The host was easy to contact and the rental instructions for using the extras are clearly printed in a binder. We really couldn't have asked for more. The kids are already asking to rebook it.

Summer vacation

Great vacation home in a great neighborhood. Very clean with plenty of room for everything. Spent most our time in the backyard swimming and playing in the pool. BBQ / outdoor kitchen area was awesome. Large sectional sofa with plenty of room for all the family to sit and watch outdoor movie together. S’mores over the fire pit made great memories for the kids. This home was A real nice treat for everyone. Would definitely come back and stay again. Thank you Peter.

Nice property

The house and property were beautiful, pool and spa were all as advertised although we were not impressed by the interactions with the host; our first interaction was a phone call regarding us having guests to the house which left my fiancé crying when I called him back immediately after he was as cool as can be as if nothing happened, he charged us quite a bit for additional guests ( who were not staying the night) before checkout he requested an additional amount via Venmo for the pool heater being on which we countered with a more reasonable amount and he accepted. I feel as though he was looking to just get as much money out of us as he could. After check out we receive a text saying the trash cans were over flowing (which they were) because the trash cans were full upon our arrival, to my surprise we were not hit with another fine for that. The property was great, Peter was not.

Glad you enjoyed our home. Unfortunately, due to liability and safety reasons we have a very strict rule that only approved guests use the property. This is clearly stated on the rental agreement and liability waiver. Our home was booked for 5 guests and we state specifically the property is not to be used for large parties. I received a call from concerned neighbors that there was 7 vehicles parked at our home, on neighbors property and on the street. After speaking with the guest we came up with a solution and was assured, moving forward they would respect house rules for a safe and enjoyable stay. Unfortunately, the guest then accessed pool controls and heated pool for duration of stay, contrary to rental agreement. We had a discussion to address this extra cost and I considered the matter closed. I appreciate any feedback and as evident from past reviews we have had many happy guests. Happy VRBO’ing!!!

The perfect get away !

The pictures you see in the ad are exactly the way it looks. Well stocked and very comfortable. The patio area, pool and hot tub are wonderful . We relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed this property to the max. Owner is friendly and very accommodating if you have any questions.

Why they chose this property

This is a perfect get away for families with well behaved children who are competent swimmers. Couple's and friends appreciate the quite/private pool area for a special get away, family celebrations and spring/summer escapes. This home is in a beautiful mixed neighborhood with many full-time, friendly residents.

This property isn't for you if you want to throw big parties and keep the neighborhood up all night. My neighbors are incredibly kind and thoughtful and one our biggest priorities is being respectful to all.

What makes this property unique

Our home is set up for maximum fun and relaxation. This is a space you can relax and do absolutely nothing or use it as a launch pad to explore the area knowing you have an oasis to return to after your day trips, sports games, or licking your wounds after some time at the casino. Our home is located in beautiful Fort Mohave, close to stores, Needles, Bullhead, Laughlin and a number of boating and desert/dirt adventures. The gem of our home is the outdoor living area and private pool/spa. The pool is HUGE and the slide is a blast! Get ready for an epic game of Marco polo or set a few plastic chairs on the Baja step to relax under an umbrella and do absolutely nothing. The nights here are amazing. When stargazing from the Spa you will enjoy an incredible star field with very little light pollution. The property is situated a little away from neighbors so while enjoying the outdoor areas, you feel like you have the whole desert to yourself. How many satellites can you spot at night? Current top, one-night satellite count is 18.

If you like to cook and entertain, we got you covered. When we decided to VRBO our home, we asked ourselves..."What makes a great VRBO spot great?". To me, its taking care of the little things for our guests so they can focus on enjoying their stay. Whether its the fully appointed kitchen, BBQ area, coffee service, margarita machine or working slot machine, you'll appreciate the attention to detail and our goal to help you enjoy or home as much as we do.
