We had a great stay at Jonathon's place, hosting a get-together of 3 families/generations. Plenty of space to have your own privacy and yet not feel too far away from everyone else. Had clean and modern facilities, very comfortable with air conditioning through the house, WiFi and Netflix included and lots of other great little touches. Would love to stay again!

The Breakwater was extremely well presented and equipped. It was perfect to gather our now out of town family to spend Christmas Day with our elderly parents/grandparents. Thank you John, it is a beautiful house.

Amazing place. Hidden gem. Own private beach.

Absolutely amazing property. Everything felt premium and the place is massive. Well designed and architected. Inspired all 14 of us who stayed to do some renos on our own properties.Coastal beach is a short 9 minute walk down a private trail and was isolated and beautiful. Had the whole beach to ourselves practically.Hidden gem. Wonderful place. Highly reccomend.

Everything was fantastic. Very clean, very well equipped, beautiful home. The one thing that I think they need to amend though is to have another fridge in the property. There was only one fridge in the kitchen which just wasn't big enough for us. We had to use 2 x eskies for the 11 of us.The home is advertised for 20 people but there was just not enough space in that one fridge.

Thanks for your feedback , the fridge is actually one of the biggest double door fridges you can buy on the market and we have had no issues with past groups but we will consider this. There is also another small freezer in the garage that can be used 😊

We had a great stay at this house. Close to caves beach and walking tracks. The house is situated on a hill in a beautiful neighbourhood. The place was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with plenty of plates, cups, glasses, and utensils. The dining room featured a large glassed-panel pigeon hole wall overlooking a beautiful and stunning landscape views, and it was spacious and perfect for our group gathering. The outdoor space was a bit limited, but the indoor areas made up for it. There are plenty of spaces to allow breakout areasSome of us didn't like the soft beds, some were ok.We didn't use the air-conditioning, the weather was cool, we opened the doors, and got beautiful fresh air coming through. One downside was the hot water supply, using the kitchen or both bathrooms at the same time could affect the water temperatureWe liked the light switches, very futuristic and a fun touch to the houseOverall, we enjoyed the house and would recommend others to stay
