Brian, that hot tub is the one thing nobody should leave unused, so let's fix that next trip. It runs hot and it's ready to go the minute you drop your bags, and we keep it checked between every stay so you don't lose an evening waiting on it. Glad the house itself charmed you. Come back when your calendar is a little slower, get in the water after dark, and see how quiet the Hill Country gets once the sun goes down. We'd be happy to have you again. The property makes you feel very secluded but only 3-5 minutes the center of town! Very quiet and peaceful.

We really loved staying here. It was cute, quaint, and perfect for us. Very close to all the action in town, nice amenities, and nice and quiet. We love the neighborhood. In fact, this stay has made us want to move to Fredericksburg! The host was very accessible and quick to reply for anything that we needed. We would definitely stay here again.
