Property is nice and clean.However we found the sofa and the bed quite uncomfortable with 2 massive stains on the mattress protector that we found.Not many places to eat or drink without walking 15 minutes or so into town.Is very close to the CBD and all transport links though.We reported the bathroom window as letting in noise and draughts from the outside making showering and going to the toilet a very cold experience. They said the owner is going to look into fixing it.
