Loss OF Keys: Once you checked in the keys and access devices are your responsibility. Charges will apply for loss of key/access devices. If you get locked out of the house, you will be charged $100 for attending the house and unlocking the door (or you can call a local locksmith).

Great House. Only issue was opening the windows keys wouldn't work or I was clearly doing it wrong. Managed to get 2 windows open so just left back door and front door open whilst the cooling was on. Otherwise immaculate house with everything you need for an enjoyable stay

Good property and location.It would present better if the lawn was mowed and watered. BBQ wasn't very clean and ran out of gas on the first use. And a couple of the outdoor chairs were missing bolts and unusable. All minor things. Overall had a great time.
