The property was very charming and clean. The host provides everything from coffee pods to bug spray! The host even started a fire for us when we were out sightseeing! I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay in Chattanooga was a great experience. The stay at Brian and Mona's was perfect. Perfect location, easy access to just about everything. The house was cozy and comfortable. Brian and Mona were excellent hosts and Brian provided great recommendations of restaurants and of things to do and see while we were in Chattanooga. The aquarium is a MUST see. The riverfront area is a great area for a relaxing walk along the river, plus plenty of shops and restaurants to stop at. We enjoyed hitting several antique stores. Getting to see the Lost Sea was well worth the hour trip to get there. We had great meals at The Boathouse, Top of the Rock in Jasper, TN, Jack Brown's and City Cafe Diner. We highly recommend a stay at Brian and Mona's and the city of Chattanooga!

UTC parents weekend

This was a perfect place for us to stay to visit our son at UTC for parents weekend. We brought our dog and there are plenty of walking trails nearby. Owners were friendly and very helpful.

The property was very nice and clean. The fire pit area was nice. The owners have some wood available. Unfortunately, the owners live upstairs and a lot of barking dogs in the neighborhood. It's not a secluded location.

AMAZING place & host!!

We were so beyond happy with our stay! The host was very kind and responsive. The house was exactly as shown in the pictures- so cute, clean, and had so many personalized touched to it that made us feel so welcome. The location felt really safe and was 15 mins from everything we wanted to do. I would 100% come back!

We brought a dog and the hosts had a water bowl filled with water, treats, a blanket, and toys all ready to go for her. They also offered recommendations for activities to do around Chattanooga. The tv had several streaming services available all with their own guest profile so we never had to sign into our personal accounts. Overall it was a great stay.

Perfect weekend getaway

Perfect location tucked away in the neighborhood. House was very clean and minimalist for weekend needs. Has a toaster oven, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, extra toiletries (if needed), washer/dryer. Single stove worked well but takes awhile to heat up. Overall would rebook this location to explore Chattanooga. Good property to stay at to visit Rock city, Ruby Falls and The Lost Sea.

It was obvious that this host pays attention to details. The apartment was clean, stocked with coffee, creamers, stuff to make smores, etc. This bed was comfortable and the towels in the bathroom were high quality. Plants and other decorations added to the experience. This was our first vacation with our dog, so we didn’t know what to expect. But, I can say It went well. Though I had forgotten to bring dog bowls I was pleasantly surprised to learn they the host had already provided by the host for our use. Thank you Brian! Finality the location is convenient to Chattanooga. We would stay again. This picture pretty of my dog well sums it up.
My dogs first vacation. She loved it and so did we.
