Lovely house as a base for us to attend a wedding and explore Warburton. Clean and tidy, heating was effective and gardens picturesque. Also good proximity to the river walk and a short walk into town for coffee in the morning.

Tolpuddle - beautiful location!

Very cosy. Great space for staying in during rainy days. Close enough to all Warburton best spots.
