The Bitxi apartment is a very nice apartment in the heart of Biarritz, a few steps from Place Clémenceau and the Grande Plage. It is the ideal starting point for discovering Biarritz on foot: the famous Halles market, Le Rocher de la Vierge, the sea museum, the Church of Sainte Eugénie, the Casino, the Lighthouse and the Old Port are just a few not!.

The apartment of 100 m2 offers you all the comfort: 5 spacious rooms including 2 bedrooms well spaced from the living room and the dining room, for more tranquility for late mornings. One of the bedrooms is a master suite with a 160 cm double bed and its own shower room. The second bedroom has two twin beds or, on request, a 160 cm double bed. You have a bathroom with a bathtub. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and modern, with dining area. Solid parquet flooring and neat decoration. The apartment is quiet and very bright, with large bright windows. The apartment has wifi and parking.

Good central location

Overall a very well located and spacious apartment. Our only surprise was a cleaning fee of 100 euros which was requested on arrival.( did not see any mention of this when booking) This increased the overall rate slightly ( we were on a budget)

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Biarritz

A beautifully decorated apartment in the heart of Biarritz - can walk everywhere (but you will get a pass to park your car in a nearby secure car park if you are driving). The apartment is light and airy with 2 good size bedrooms and comfortable beds and plenty of storage and hangars. Having 2 bathrooms was a bonus. It is as nice as it looks in the photos! The owners are wine makers and were kind enough to leave us a bottle of their wine in the fridge. Beach towels and parasol and an umbrella were also provided. Les Halles is a short walk if you want to cook but there are plenty of nice restaurants in Biarritz - many of the best ones near the apartment. The owners were happy to make recommendations. We are very happy with our choice!

Hemos pasado unos días estupendos en la casa de Guillaume que está súper bien ubicada: a 1 min de la P. clemenceau, cerquísima de La Grande Plage y de Les Halles. Cocina muy amplia y súper moderna, salón y comedor exteriores. Habitaciones muy cómodas. Incluye en parking. Guillaume es encantador y está disponible, contesta los mensajes

Parfaite localisation

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances avec nos deux enfants dans l’appartement de Guillaume et Amanda, que nous avons trouvé conforme à la description: très bien placé en plein centre ville ce qui permet de tout faire à pied du Nord au Sud de Biarritz. L’appartement est relativement calme à cette saison, la chambre enfant donne sur une cour et nous avons rarement été embêté par le bruit de rue dans la chambre parentale. Le premier étage facilite l’arrivée avec des enfants et des valises, appartement très fonctionnel, nous avons apprécié le cadeau des propriétaires à notre arrivée. Nous recommandons ce lieu de vacances entre amis ou en famille.

Tolle Wohnung für einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt.

Die Wohnung ist toll. Hat eine sehr gute Lage um fußläufig Bisrritz zu erkunden. Die Einrichtung sehr schön, sehr gute Küche, bequeme Betten, Bäder sehr gut. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Durch die zentrale Lage manchmal etwas laut. Das war es aber dann schon.

L’appartement correspond à 100% au descriptif et aux photos. C’est un très bel appartement avec parquet très bien équipé très propre et spacieux … et décoré selon les goûts, nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous. Très bien situé à 3 minutes des Halles et de la Grande Plage. Je recommande et y retournerai si l’occasion se présente !

Conforme aux photos mais vraiment très bruyant!

Les ‘plus’ : • Situation centrale (proche des plages / commerces / restaurants) • Place de parking disponible dans un parking public proche de l’appartement • Propre • Très bien équipé • Attentions diverses de la part des propriétaires (bouteille de vin, capsules Nespresso, etc.) Les ‘moins’ : • Nuisance sonore (chambre parentale juste en face d’un restaurant et d’un parking à motos/mobylettes, seconde chambre donnant sur l’arrière cuisine d’un restaurant et une servitude partagée par les occupants de 3 immeubles, rez-de-chaussée occupé par des jeunes faisant la fête jusqu’à très tard pendant la nuit, bruit des passants qui chantent et crient toutes les 10 minutes de minuit à l’aube en rentrant des Halles ou des plages, etc. – bref, impossible de dormir et de se reposer pendant toute la durée du séjour) • Frais de ménage de 100 € qui s’ajoutent au prix de la location lors de la signature du bail.

Je me permet de répondre : les nuisances sonores sont venues de jeunes qui ont loué l’appartement du dessous pour une semaine, nous comprenons votre souci de quiétude pendant votre séjour, cependant nous ne sommes pas responsables des locations saisonnières de nos voisins. Nous avons contacté le propriétaire de l’appartement dès votre appel afin de faire stopper le bruit de ses locataires. Notre appartement est situé en plein coeur de la ville de Biarritz, près de l’animation et des plages, ce qui est spécifié dans l’annonce. Nous avons eu des locataires tout l’été et aucun ne s’est plaint, ceux qui vous ont succédé sont restés 15 jours et ont été ravis de l’ambiance du centre ville de Biarritz ; ils renouvellent d’ailleurs leur séjour pour l’année prochaine. Les frais de ménage sont mentionnés dans la partie Equipement / Remarque de l'annonce sur le site Abritel-Homelidays, il est donc normal de les voir apparaître sur le contrat de location. Enfin, il n'y a pas de servitude de la cour.

Wonderful Apartment & Amazing Property Manager

Amanda, our property’ manager, was exceptional. She graciously offered to help us with several things which saved us hours of time and worry. She went far beyond what is expected of any host. It was a delight to stay in this apartment. The pictures in the ad are an accurate depiction of the apartment, the size, the furniture, everything. The apartment is very comfortable, well appointed and all the infrastructure (showers,lights , etc.) work well. I must add that the lighting is exceptional. Multiple switches in the hall to control points so that you always feel safe walking around . The kitchen is modern and well equipped. The beds Are extremely comfortable. And there is a real clothes dryer. The TVs are large and function well and there is one in every bEd room and the living room. Wifi workroom well and fast everywhere. The location is in the city center and close to many restaurants, shops and the Grande Plage (beach). The apartment is a great value. I would highly recommend it and look forward to staying here again.

Appartement spacieux,propre et très bien situé; a deux pas des commerces,de la plage et du pittoresque marché de la ville.Idéal pour essaimer de100 à 200 km à la ronde. Le plus ;un parking mis à disposition par le propriétaire. Le Moins ;manque de double vitrage qui enlève un peu du confort de ce bel appartement.Séjour globalement positif. Je recommande.

Emplacement idéal au coeur de Biarritz, proche des halles avec de très bons produits, proche des plages. Appartement très agréable et spacieux pour 4 personnes . Les propriétaires étant vignerons, nous avons pu également goûter leur production.
