The property was perfect for us as we traveled with 6 children, lots of room and location was perfect., but the property could use a little TLC with regards to the interior, that said, we would book it again if we needed it.

Adequate, at best. It reminded me of our first university apartment with mismatched dishes/cutlery, worn furniture, cracked sink, no bedside or dining lights, The host did not communicate well, since I had to call VRBO an hour before arriving to get the phone number. Once I contacted her husband, she responded with the entry and wifi codes, but never did reply to the questions I asked.The property did have the four beds, two baths, kitchen, living room and laundry facilities that we wanted, but -it was not welcoming, with uncut grass and weeds growing in the flower pots.-there were no instructions other than ‘Please don’t throw anything down the toilet’.When we inadvertently pushed the inside lock button of the door, there was no way to get in. When I called the husband, he helped us get a spare key from the lockbox (also difficult to open)-the linens were questionable on two of the beds (no pillow cases, the sheets unpleasant against your skin -thankfully we were able to find additional sets.)-No screen was on several bedroom windows.-Some dishes still had stickers on them, but clearly had been washed before.-The eating table was covered with cheap poorly cut plastic that made us wonder if we were to take it off or remove it (?)This is the third residence, all in the same price range, we have had on our two week road trip. It is, by far, the biggest disappointment.

My family of 7 enjoyed our time very much. Mona is an excellent host. Communication was easy, the home was very clean, the location is ideal- close to beaches, restaurants, and Sydney boardwalk. Lovely little deck to sit and chat with friends. As grandparents, we enjoyed the self contained lower level where we could enjoy peace and quiet when we wanted it. Our son and his small family enjoyed all the space and bedrooms on the main floor and upstairs. We all enjoyed the large table on the main floor where we shared breakfast and dinner. We highly recommend this vacation home.
