The condo is nice. Close to the pool. Beach is just across the street. Host is very easy to work with & communication was great. Had an issue when we arrived & they took care of it immediately.

My Family of five truly enjoyed staying here . It is so close to the beach that you don’t have to pack for the whole day, which was great with toddlers it was an easy walk back to eat or nap . There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and the couch and chairs are super comfortable. There was also bikes and beach chairs! Plenty of cookware . It was overall a great place to stay do not hesitate about renting this place ! Ps: the pool was also great!

We enjoyed the great location, parking outside the door and AC and pool. Bedrooms are not private (connected by a barn door) but they each have a private toilet and sink which was helpful. The only feedback would be the mattress in the master bed was not very comfortable. We really enjoyed our week long stay and if our daughter ends up at school in Wilmington, we will consider this condo again!

Thank you for the review. We’re glad you enjoyed the location, parking right outside, the AC, and the pool. We appreciate your note about the barn-door bedroom layout and are pleased the private toilets and sinks were helpful. Thanks also for letting us know about the master mattress — we appreciate the feedback and will use it when assessing potential updates. We hope you’ll consider Settle Up again if your daughter attends school in Wilmington.

Our stay was great! The condo was clean and functional! The only negative I had was that you get 1 parking pass. There is parking on the street behind the condo but can get pricey. We had 2 cars, 4 adults, 2 kids. Other than that we loved it!

Thank you for the 5‑star review. We’re glad Settle Up was clean and functional and that you enjoyed your stay. Sorry for the inconvenience with the single parking pass — the property includes one assigned pass, and street parking behind the condo is available but can carry fees. Bryant Real Estate
