The best value in Carolina Beach: a second row price with a pristine view and easy beach access. Completely unobstructed ocean view from this second row, third floor Condo. This is a 4 story walk-up with no elevator. Great exercise -- and the view is well worth it once you get there.
Access the private deck through two sets of sliding doors: one from the living room and one from the primary bedroom (go to and fro without disturbing the group). The top floor view gives you a front row seat to both beautiful sunrises and lovely night skies, with enough space and seating for your entire party.
Bring the whole crew: this homey condo sleeps six. Enjoy a high quality queen size bed in the primary bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa with upgraded mattress in the living room, and two comfortable twins in the spacious second bedroom. The two full bathrooms allow big groups to get ready faster. An efficient kitchen and large dining area make it easy to enjoy your vacation meals, whether you prepare them yourself or have them delivered from one of the great nearby restaurants. We live in NC, have 4 grown children and use the condo as often as we can.
Why they chose this property
We have family in Wilmington and decided it was easier to buy a place in Carolina Beach than to keep renting! We love the quiet pace there.
What makes this property unique
Love the sun and moon rises over the ocean and the sunsets over the canal. Love watching and listening to the waves and being close enough to run, walk or sit on the beach when ever we want. Especially love the warm Atlantic as opposed to freezing Pacific ocean!
