'Baltic Sea residence 1'. Our gorgeous apartment is located directly on the fine sandy beach of Großenbrode in the newly built residence Baltic Sea. The unique architecture, the location, the well thought-out layout of the apartment and the high quality and stylish furnishings make the holiday a special experience.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with southwest. The two bedrooms are each equipped with a TV. The large spa with sauna and jacuzzi you can relax, a guest bathroom is naturally present.
The large living room with fireplace, dining area and open kitchen is bright and has a view to the Baltic Sea. From the terrace you enter the house and garden have here direct access to the beach (15 steps). In the kitchen you find the dishwasher on a Nespresso machine to pureeing everything you need for common cooking actions.

The apartment is on the ground floor. The terrace is facing south-west.

The apartment is almost barrier-free.

In addition to a beach chair on the terrace, guests are offered a beach chair at the sea free from 01. 05. - 30. 09. available.
