The 66 m² Upstalsboom 3-room apartment, gbmv2-26, in the Meerblickvilla in Großenbrode can accommodate up to 6 people. Particularly noteworthy are the sunny, covered balconies facing southeast; here you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea and beach life as early as the morning sun.

The Location
This exclusive apartment is located on the second floor of the Meerblickvilla apartment complex, facing southeast. The Baltic Sea is right on your doorstep—just 25 metres away is the beautiful, fine-sand Südstrand with its beach promenade, the pier, and the 230-meter-long jetty. Enjoy a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea and the vibrant beach life.
In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find the spa gardens, children’s playgrounds, shopping, restaurants, and cafés, as well as recreational activities, sights, and places to visit. Hiking, biking, boating, a visit to the marina, the Ostsee-Therme spa, and the diverse events—such as the popular Promenade Festival—are especially popular, as are trips to Hansapark and the island of Fehmarn.

The Amenities
This light-filled, family-friendly, non-smoking apartment is barrier-free and features underfloor heating, sun-protective glazed floor-to-ceiling windows, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso capsule machine, a toaster, a kettle, a stove with a glass-ceramic cooktop, and an oven.
The modern and cosy living-dining area features a double sofa bed (1.60 x 1.95 m) and a large flat-screen TV (43 inches). Two separate bedrooms offer a high level of sleeping comfort thanks to modern box-spring beds, including one double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), and each is equipped with a flat-screen TV (40 inches) and a closet. One of the bedrooms has its own small balcony with a view of the sea. Please note that the second bedroom has a fire-rated window that cannot be opened. However, there is a special ventilation system that allows for the gradual regulation of fresh air intake.
The stylish bathroom features a walk-in rain shower, toilet, sink with a hair dryer, heated towel rack, and heated floors. The holiday apartment also includes a second toilet with a sink.
You can spend relaxing, sunny hours enjoying panoramic views of the lake on the southeast-facing balcony, which is furnished with garden furniture. The balcony is accessible from the living area.
A cot can be set up in the living area for a fee, and you can request a high chair upon request. Dogs are welcome guests in this holiday apartment.
