Beautiful 2 bedroom suite in the Old North East neighborhood of St Petersburg. Minutes walk to downtown, the famous pier, waterfront parks and museums. Short ride to the gulf beaches. Separate entry and driveway through the alleyway. Separated from the main house by a courtyard and pool. Owners live in the main house. Washer and dryer on site as well. You can enjoy everything St Petersburg offers. Super convenient to everything Tampa Bay.
