Great property and location

Very nice property wirh friendly hosts who live in the main house right across from the pool. Very clean with everything we needed. Walking distance to most downtown St. Pete restaurants and attractions. Great neighborhood. We would stay again.

Great location, walk to downtown St Pete

We enjoyed all the comforts of home and careful attention to detail in this sweet guest house. Walked to Vinoy Park, downtown restaurants and the Pier. Private and quiet, beautiful neighborhood.

Spent a long weekend with my daughter and we loved it. We walked to shopping and restaurants, relaxed by the pool and spent a day at the beach. Enjoyed morning coffee relaxing on the porch. Would definitely book again

Great place, close to Downtown with all the comforts of home.

We loved this little apartment tucked away right in central St Pete. Everything we could want was available, very well stocked. We were pleasantly suprised how homey we felt as soon as we walked in the door. Property owner was very responsive when we had a question. I would absolutely stay here again. Fantastic Location and Property

The property was perfect for the three of us and had everything we needed for a long weekend plus lots of small personal touches that put it over the top. The pool and outdoor space was a great way to spend the day and the beach was only a few minute walk away (we also took a car to Madeira beach one day, which was fantastic). We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful little unit in a gorgeous neighborhood. I stayed here with my boyfriend and my adult son for a little three day vacation. We spent a lot of time walking around the neighborhood and eating/shopping on the bay front, which is a two minute drive away. The unit itself had everything we needed, and was so much more comfortable than a hotel room for 3 adults. We would definitely stay again!!

Close to everything!

The owners were very accommodating and friendly. The pool was a great way to cool off everyday and having access to laundry was so helpful. Highly recommend!

Great time in St. Pete

The ideal place to stay for us while visiting family. Darling apartment, well appointed, very walkable area, lots to do, pool, nearby coffee and neighborhood bar/restaurant. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
