This quiet accommodation allows you to enjoy a pleasant and hassle-free stay during which you can easily get by without a car.

Located right on the waterfront in the family-friendly seaside resort of Saint Aubin-sur-Mer, the beach, the sea, walking trails, the local market, the boardwalk with its small restaurants, and the area shops—everything is within walking distance.

A shared hallway separates the bedroom from the kitchen, living room, and dining area, but don’t worry— there are no guests in the unit above you. Having tried it myself, leaving the doors open and moving from the bedroom to the living area as if this landing were your own won’t be a problem while you’re there. You’ll even forget about this little detail.

Bath and kitchen linens are provided for 2 people. The bed is made upon your arrival, so bed linens are included—hence the added linen fee.

The living room sofa is equipped with a high-quality mattress that can accommodate 2 additional guests in the living room. Pillows and comforters are provided, but you’ll need to bring your own bed linens and bath towels for this extra sleeping space.
Linen option for this sleeping arrangement: €17 per person or €22 for two people. Bath towels and kitchen towels are included. Duvets and pillows are provided. You can request this through the Vrbo platform after booking, during our correspondence.

You are responsible for cleaning the property, but you can save yourself the trouble by selecting the Cleaning option through the concierge service for 50€, payable on-site upon receipt of the invoice.
A small cleaning fee of €10 is added for additional cleaning, which is often necessary to prepare the property for the next guests; this is only a final touch-up. You must therefore still perform your own thorough cleaning before departure.
The property must be returned to us in a rent-ready condition, unless, of course, you have opted for the €50 cleaning service. Any emergency deep cleaning will be billed to you at a surcharge if you do not comply with this rule.

Pets are allowed provided you have discussed this with your host or the OPIE D'LA PORTE concierge service beforehand and have been considerate. You will be billed for any potential damage.
