We had a great stay here!Great views all around and very close to the CBD, only a 10-minute walk or so One thing I always look for in a stay is a great couch and beds so often the couch /lounge/ sofa is small and uncomfortable, so with two young boys in tow the lounge was super comfortable as were the beds, creative towel creations and allThe home was incredibly well heated throughout, clean, tidy and modern The STAYZ team was super helpful and responsive throughout our stay no matter the query Highly recommend this home and would stay again on our next trip

Good layout

Good layout for a mixed family group.Not enough room to park our van as it would have not left enough room for the other apartment to turn back out .plenty of street parking.

The location was great - what a view and short walk into town. The upstairs seating was super comfortable and gave a great view of Queenstown and the mountains. It was not more than 15 minutes to get to most places. There is garage parking and two bikes and helmets (although no tire pump and the tires were a little deflated) to use. Some things to note: There is a small hill to get to the place - the garage is not connected and is on the other side of the house. If you have a large vehicle, it may be harder to park. There are only two toilets - not three as in the listing - there is a separate bathroom and shower in a room, a toilet room, and a tub/shower room. Another toilet would have been ideal but not a deal breaker. One of the rooms is pretty small. However, I would stay here again for the location and the view!
