A wonderful, very comfortable and elegant home for our family! Great location. Fabulous kitchen with everything needed to cook full meals. Loved watching the monkeys play in the trees beyond the pool! Thank you so much for accommodating us after our previously booked accommodation cancelled on us with only 4 days to spare— you saved our trip!

Blue sky was just as expected. The house was clean and very nice. We got to see monkeys outside in the early mornings which we loved. They were responsive and tried to resolve any issues we had.

Excellent lodging. The house plan is very modern, with an excellent use of space. Beautiful indoors and outdoors.Easy access to the gate and to the house by following directions. The hot water for shower was not quite as hot as we desired. Air-conditioning worked well, and when we had a slight problem with bathroom pumbing, the response was swift and effective. Five stars.

It's great to know the directions and access were smooth, and that the air-conditioning kept you comfortable throughout your stay. We appreciate your feedback about the hot water — we’ll certainly look into that — and we're glad our team was able to quickly resolve the plumbing issue. Thank you again for the five stars, and we hope to welcome you back soon!

We could have used better orientation. For example, a description of the way to get in ("Look for the two white gates"). There should have been an orientation on the television. We were disappointed that there were no cable channels or smart TV channels available.
