Beautiful and serene place to stay while exploring the Bruce peninsula. We really appreciated the special perks like the sauna, hot tub, fire pit, lawn games, and energy efficient upgrades. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook at home. An ideal place to stay!
Amazing place, very well equipped. Hot tub does not heat up fast but was ok.

Thank you for your kind words and for your 5 star review! We appreciate it!
As we only learned about your issue with the hot tub after you left, we were not able to address it during your stay. Following your stay, we were messaging with each other, and we reached the following conclusion. Based off of what you said about the hot tub, it sounded like someone in your group may have inadvertently switched the hot tub from standard mode to sleep mode which reduces the temperature by 20 degrees. The temperature remains lowered in sleep mode and will not increase unless it is switched back to standard mode. If you had let us know during your stay, we would have been able to help you to change it back to standard mode, and then the temperature would have been working properly for you.
Once again, thank you for your kind words.
This property was great. It’s the perfect size for a family and has everything you need. We did day trips into Tobermory each morning and enjoyed afternoons at the house. I would recommend doing the trails around the house as they are equally impressive as the trails in Tobermory. We did do the Grotto and enjoyed it. We went early. Flowerpot island was very busy. The scenery was lovely, but the hustle and bustle of it left us wishing we were back at the house enjoying it. We enjoyed the bbq and back deck for dinners and the hot tub and sauna were great after the days of hiking. We did the Devils Monument trail one evening and it is a hidden gem. There is also a trail into Otter lake which was nice and totally different than the typical hikes we did. The beach access is a great bonus. A very unique “beach”. We really enjoyed our time in Tobermory and this house was what made it.
