Perfect location and a beautiful house

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful villa. It is spacious and well equipped, and the views from the living room are simply stunning! Only 2 minutes away from the beach; very quiet location. We stayed here in the winter and would love to return in the summer to enjoy the lovely terrace and the pool. Thank you, Jerome, for your hospitality.

Rundum perfekt

Ein ganz wunderbares Haus, das ideal auf unsere Bedürfnisse (zwei Familien mit erwachsenen Kindern) gepasst hat. Die Lage ist fantastisch und der Blick auf Pinien und Meer kaum zu übertreffen. Alles war sehr sauber, es hat alles super funktioniert, und die Küche wie auch das ganze Haus sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders gefreut hat uns die Möglichkeit, unser E-Auto vor Ort aufladen zu können.

Lage und Pool super!

Preis Leistung ist verbesserungsbedürftig. Möbel sind teilweise in schlechtem Zustand. Betten zu weich. Agent Jerome war super! Immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

Début de printemps au Méditerranée

Une grande maison, avec beaucoup de place pour 10 à 12 personnes. Piscine chauffée (très important au mois d‘Avril!!!). 2 minutes pour aller (a pied) à la plage, 15 minutes à pied jusqu‘au centre de Cavalaire, 5 minutes à pied pour acheter du pain… Bref: comfortable, avec une vue super belle. On a passé ici 2 semaines de détente et tout confort en pré-saison. La villa coute cher, c‘est vrai. Mais elle vaut le prix. Nous reviendrons.

Amzing house in a stunnig surrounding

The house was/is amazing. We were 8 people and have been there for 5 nights. it was the money totally worth. The kitchen has everything you need, the bedrooms and bathrooms are big enough. There are many diffrent things you can use (table tennis, soccer table, etc.). The swimmingpool is huge and invites to hang around. The house is located very close to the beautiful public beach and is in walking distanc to Cavalaire sur Mer (20min), all along the beach. We had an amzing time in this Place. And Jerome gave as a very warm welcome to the house. Thank you

Magnifique, superbe séjour ...emplacement parfait

On est resté 2 semaines à 3 familles avec des ados...donc entre 12 au max et 6 personnes au min. Les 6 chambres et SdB sont très confortables...la terrasse avec 2 zones pour les repas parfaites. La vue de la terrasse sublime...petit plus : le baby-foot, la table de ping-pong et le boulodrome....permet d'autres activités entre 2 bains dans la magnifique piscine. Enfin l'apero le soir sur la terrasse majestueux. Le gestionnaire était très bien et très attentif. Enfin, plein de choses à faire autour : baignade dans différentes plages, VTT électriques, bateaux en mer, planche à voile au club sur la palge à côté... Bref très bonne vacances et séjour. Recommande chaudement.

Excellent séjour dans cette villa de rêve

Séminaire professionnel entre travail et détente dans ce cadre magnifique. Villa moderne avec vue inoubliable mer et nature, chambres très confortables et calmes, salles de bain parfaites. L'ensemble dans une déco sobre et de bon goût. Grande piscine top pour se détendre. Notre hôte Jérôme a été très sympathique, arrangeant, ponctuel et réactif. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour.
