Superb and excellent villa in-between Sainte Maxime and Les Issambres. The Villa (220m2) has 5 bedrooms,3 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets and can host up to 10 people. It has full seaview, with a beautiful private swimming pool (12,5 x 4 meters - salted water and heated , which is important for spring and autumn). The villa is full south facing (so good sun the entire day) with panoramic views over the sea. The villa is located approx. 800 meters from the sand beaches and also shops and restaurants are in the neighborhood. Very luxurious and comfortable villa for excellent and relaxing holidays.

Lovely villa with great views

We had a lovely time at this villa the views are spectacular and only a short minute drive down to the sea. The only thing was the villa needs a bit of maintenance downstairs in the bathrooms which leak, and they also left us one toilet roll between 8 people. It would be nice to have at least a few things like hand soap in the bathrooms not a small bar between three bathrooms. No tin foil no washing up liquid. We know it’s a villa and not a hotel but we have travelled all over the world and these are the extra touches that make the difference to a stay meaning we wouldn’t have to buy every single item at the supermarket. We would recommend the villa if you’re not worried about it being 3/4 star.

Check in was simple and easy to contact service team for any issues. Fantastic sea views, lovely patio, great pool and excellent bathrooms, however, the rest of property is quite tired, especially the kitchen. No freezer in kitchen, we had to go downstairs to the boiler room to get ice or frozen food, very inconvenient. The main dining table only has 8 chairs, we had to bring metal patio chairs in from the balcony, also the lounge only had comfy seating for 6/7 people, very bad. The property description is very misleading, we would describe the property as an 82 as 3rd double bedroom has no clothes storage/wardrobe at all and certainly not suitable for 2 adults. Very disappointed that walk to beach/restaurants was not 800m as described but is a 1.4km walk via a potentially dangerous walk along roads with minimal paths. We were looking forward to being able to take a walk to the beach or restaurants, but not really possible. The property was described as ‘on the border between St Maxime and Les Issambres’, it is not, it is wholly in Les Issambres with a 25 minute drive to St Maxime (check map).

I appreciate your comments. It is not my intention to be defensive, though the comments are not in line with the reviews I received from other renters. One thing is fact based not correct: the distance from my house to Sainte Maxime is really 10-12 min. I double checked this on google maps. And to the beach....I think you took the busy road and not the inside road.

Wir haben die 10 Tage im Oktober in der Villa sehr genossen! Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die große Terrasse oben hat eine wunderbare Aussicht mit Sonne von morgens bis abends. Im Haus kann man sich angenehm aufhalten, der Wohnraum ist großzügig und gemütlich. Eine etwas genauere Beschreibung der Lage der Schlaf- und Duschbäder (und der davon separaten WCs) wäre günstig, da wir nicht nur mit Familie, sondern auch mit Freunden dort waren. Der Pool ist toll, angenehm beheizt und sehr gepflegt. Auch die Lage der Villa ist gut, man kann in 20-25 Minuten zu Fuß runter zum Strand laufen. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell im netten Sainte-Maxime. Insgesamt können wir die Villa für einen Urlaub an der Côte d‘azur voll empfehlen!

Eine wunderschöne großzügige Villa mit einem sehr schönen Blick auf das Meer. Die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll, die Küche ist wirklich gut ausgestattet, um ein leckeres Essen für alle zu zaubern. Auch der Pool bietet eine herrliche Möglichkeit sich abzukühlen. Unser Fazit: ein perfekter Urlaub!

Wir haben 2 Wochen in diesem sehr schönen Haus verbracht. Die Aussicht war spektakulär, ein sehr großer, toller Pool. Die Ausstattung der Küche ließ keine Wünsche offen. Das Haus war sehr geschmackvoll und relativ neu eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit sowohl mit dem Eigentümer wie auch mit dem Verwalter vor Ort war einwandfrei. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Tolle Villa mit Flair und Meerblick

Die Villa ist etwas oberhalb in der Ortschaft am Berg gelegen und hat dadurch eine herrliche Aussicht auf das Meer. Der Pool ist wunderbar zum Schwimmen und Plantschen, aber auch zum Entspannen auf den Liegen oder der Lounge Gruppe geeignet. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll, komfortabel und praktisch komplett. Es war sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Speziell in der Küche gibt es nichts was es nicht gibt. Ankunft und Abfahrt waren unkompliziert und die Betreuung vor Ort war bestens gegeben. Wir würden sofort wieder hinfahren.

Perfektes Haus für einen Traumurlaub

Wir waren mit 9 Erwachsenen eine Woche in dieser sensationellen Villa. Sie hat eine grandiose Lage, der Blick über den Pool (angenehme Temperatur, das Wasser ist nur ganz wenig salzig) aufs Meer ist umwerfend...Alle Zimmer sind sehr ansprechend gestaltet, die Farbgebung mediterran, keine kahlen Wände, tolle Bilder, teilweise Boxspringbetten! Die Bäder sind alle top neu renoviert, modern und dem Stil der Villa angepasst.In der Küche haben wir uns über den riesigen, stylischen Backofen gefreut, auch der Rest lies keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben viel und mit Spaß gemeinsam gekocht darin.Wohnzimmer: großzügig und geschmackvoll, Essbereich sowohl drinnen als auch draußen auf der Terrasse: herrlich! Von hier haben wir die schönsten Fotos gemacht und stundenlang gemütlich gesessen.Im ganzen Haus haben die Heizkörper, die wir an 2 Tagen genutzt haben, hervorragend funktioniert, es war in kürzester Zeit kuschelig warm.Super Kontakt mit Silvia bei der An-und Abreise, danke dafür!Alles in Allem eine mehr als gelungene Woche, die ganze Familie hingerissen von der Villa, der Umgebung und der vielen, faszinierenden Ausflugsziele in der Region.

Erholsame Zeit

Wir hatten eine entspannte und schöne Zeit in dem Haus. Es liegt ruhig und schön. Die Küche im besonderen und das Haus insgesamt ist wirklich toll ausgestattet. Der beheizte Pool war auch Ende September noch eine Freude. Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter und vor Ort durch weitere immer zur Verfügung stehende Kontaktpersonen war herausragend. Wir freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt im Mai.

Mooi uitgerust vakantiehuis met zeezicht

Mooie locatie op heuvel zodat je kan genieten van zeezicht en vlot bereikbaar vanaf de autostrade. Een wandeling naar het strand is een uitdaging omwille van de drukke baan. Voldoende mogelijkheid voor uitstappen en recreatie.in de omgeving. Uitstekend zwembad met parasols en ligstoelen. Badlinnen voldoende aanwezig voor badkamers en zwembad. De keuken is zeer goed uitgerust met moderne toestellen en mooi servies. Het gasfornuis met grote oven is een plus voor wie graag kookt. Airco en ventilators zijn voldoende aanwezig. De grote badkamer boven heeft een aangename inloopdouche, die beneden een kleinere cabinedouche. Vocht en schimmel in de douches is wel een aandachtspunt voor de schoonmaakploeg. Het zou ook nuttig zijn om kasten met slot of een werkende kluis te voorzien voor het bewaren van kostbare spullen. Honden zijn welkom wat voor ons zeer belangrijk was. De poort aan straatzijde kon wel niet goed dicht en de muur van de oprit is gevaarlijk voor honden of kleine kinderen. Een additionele afspanning langs het zwembad en naast het huis zou een meerwaarde zijn. Vuilnis wegdoen was een minpunt. De zakken moeten met de wagen weggebracht worden naar een container in de buurt omwille van everzwijnen. Er is geen snelle laadfaciliteit voor een elektrische wagen nabij het huis. De communicatie met de eigenaar verliep zeer vlot, zeer reactief en uitvoerige documentatie. Er was geen persoonlijke ontvangst op dag 1 om ons te wijzen op extra beveiligingsmogelijkheden van het huis.

Toller Aufenthalt, wunderbarer Swimmingpool. Vom Salzwasser haben wir nichts bemerkt. Da er angenehm erwärmt war, konnten wir im April schon darin schwimmen. Herrlicher Blick auf das Meer. Gute Kommunikation durch die gute Fee des Vermieters. Es wurden alle unsere Wünsche erfüllt

Heerlijke villa op prachtige locatie. Fijn zwembad. Magnifiek uitzicht. Goede uitrusting in het huis. Schoon. Paar minnetjes en tips voor de huiseigenaar: moderniseer het hang- en sluitwerk en beide zonneschermen, vooral de bediening van die bij de keuken. De losse lamp en kapotte douche in de badkamer boven hebben ook aandacht nodig.

Catching the sun

We spent a wonderful week in the house mid of October, 2021. Although we expected some colder days we were positively surprised by a lot of sun which you could enjoy from terrace and balcony. The house is perfectly equipped, offers a lot of space and we found everything we needed. Hoping to come back again in the nearer future!
