Weber grill with chimney makes grilling with lump charcoal look easy, and large Breeo 30” smokeless fire pit on new slate patio makes enjoying the backyard into the night easy. Back yard is well shaded by surrounding trees.

Main floor includes a mudroom, eat-in kitchen, formal dining room, well appointed living room, and den/office area set up with 2 desks 15 feet apart that each look out a window for remote work.

Second floor: Master ensuite bath + shared bath. Master features a king bed and walk-in closet. 2 rooms have 1 full bed each, and the 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds. Go to sleep to the sounds of frogs in the woods behind the house or close the windows and use the central air for quiet.
