This spacious beachside home is centrally located within walking distance to the main shopping precinct of Cowes and Phillip Island RSL and only 1.2 Kms from the McKenzie Road beach. Situated on a nice quite street right across from a brand new children's playground.

This location gives easy access to all the tourist attractions Phillip Island has to offer.

There are 4 bedrooms, 3 upstairs all with ceiling fans. 1 queen room downstairs.

All beds are provided with full linen, bath & hand towels.
Beach towels are not provided.
